I was very exceptic of all brands at first and very cautious because I hear some stories about cats being injured while the self cleaning was activated while the cat was inside. I spent a few nights looking on the internet at all brands. I was not sure if the expensive ones were better just because they were expensive. While looking through all available brands and models available on Amazon, I came across the Cumrige Self Cleaning Litter Box. After looking at all available reviews and researched on Google, the Cumrige was the best quality at the best price. The Cumrige Self Cleaning Litter Box arrived in a couple of days and the set up was as easy as 1,2 and 3. There is a lot of things I like about it but the most useful are: 1.- The remote access application. Not only keeps all kinds of information and statistics, but keeps track of the times and length of each use. Allows you to do all kinds of changes to the set up and believe me, you will love how much control you have. You can change the multi color ambient light and the intensity. I went through a few, until I found the one my cat likes. The delay for the machine to self clean is amazing. It lets you know on real time when your cat is entering the machine, as it senses the cats presence. 2.- The assembly, set up and maintenance are so easy. The machine comes apart and it can be thoroughly clean with a garden hose. The odor filter keeps in check the odors coming from the drawer. 3.- Removing the container that catches the cat's poop in a bag is so easy to take out and reinstall and in addition it has a sensor that indicates if the drawer is not installed correctly. My cat is an indoor/outdoor cat and he has always preferred to go outside for his needs, but since we installed the Cumrige Self Cleaning Litter Box, he does not demands for us to let him out at all ours of the day. He still thinks he is in control but what the cat does not know is that is us who are in control. I hope this helps. ... show more

    • Don’t waste 10 years sifting your cat’s nasty byproduct like I did!
Purchasing an automatic cleaning litter box was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was one of those people that hated to do the litter box and would let it get too full and gross and sometimes would just buy a new one instead of dealing with it. With 2 cats it just filled up quickly and was a bother I would rather ignore. But this auto one is amazing. It was so easy to set up and automate. I have it set to cycle 5 minutes after use and it sometimes gets used up to 20 times a day! The Bluetooth connection to my phone is great. I am able to see how many times it has been used, if it needs attention, and even my cats weight! It has almost completely eliminated the cat litter smell that everyone who wasn’t used to it could smell when they visited. I have found that certain litters work better than others. You need one that really clumps so that all the nasty gets dumped and not saved with the clean litter as it cycles. Dirty bin underneath is of adequate size, can hold about a weeks worth of nasty from 2 cats. After having it for 2 months now I have noticed an accumulation of litter around the drum and in places where it shouldn’t be, though I believe that has to do with the bad litter that didn’t clump. Nothing a shop vac and some easy cleaning can’t fix. Overall I am extremely pleased with this product and can’t believe I spent the past 10 years of my life bending over a stinky box sifting cat byproduct. 😭 TLDR: Awesome automatic litter box. Easy setup and connection to phone. Works great at separating the remaining good litter from the nasty stuff. (But needs good clumping litter!) Bottom bin is large and catches everything. As long as the litter in the drum is clean there will hardly be any smell from the unit. Don’t waste any more of your precious time breaking your back and sifting ****! Buy it now!     • Absolutely Great Product!
Purchased 1/30/25, Packaging was good and no damage during shipping. Unboxing was simple and the direction for assembly was very good. Setting up the app was quick. Worked well with our litter. One think to note in the app set a 15 minute delay for litter clumping or set to recommend litter clumping time for your preferred litter. Second not on the first week your cat is going to love watching it operation and this is going to cause pausing and errors. This is normal. First few weeks you will have to click the reset in the app several times. All in all after our cat got comfortable with how it operates he loves it and it has saved us time and money. Litter last longer, no leaks, and emptying is simple. Order control is great. I give this item 5 stars because of it features and quality. ... show more

    • It’s time saving, and my cat took to it right away!
I was skeptical about how well this would work, especially because my cat is huge- 21 lbs. He is chunky, long, and tall. He took to it right away! It was really simple to set up, and I’ve used it for a few months now. It works well, and it saves me so much time. I notice a bit of odor still, but it’s a lot better. Every few weeks, I spray and wipe down the inside, but it stays pretty clean overall. Changing out the bag is easy. I change it once a week for my large cat, and the bag isn’t even full yet, as it’s a decent size. I love that it can connect to my phone from anywhere. It doesn’t take a lot of litter, and I feel like I’m saving money on litter too! I use clumping walnut litter. This product was worth the money, and I would recommend it. The reviews were way better on this than the more expensive name brand one. Why pay double when this works great?! I took away a star because it seemed like the lid had been used a bit before, as it needed cleaned in a few spots. Also, I don’t like that I can’t change from kg to lbs in the app, and I don’t feel the weight is accurate. Occasionally, I have to make it clean from my phone or by pushing the button because it didn’t pick up on him using it, but that has been rare. With my cat being so large, I feel like it should always know when to clean lol. ... show more
