I bought this for my Mac Air, two monitors, wired mouse, wired keyboard and printer. The installation was very simple and the hub works well. My only concern was that when I put the Mac to sleep and then woke it up, my wired mouse and/or keyboard would often not work and I would have to mess around with USB ports and restart the computer. I contacted the support line by email and got very helpful and timely information from Anita of Support. I followed her instructions and the dock has been consistently waking up ready to go. I recommend this product and their support.

This docking station is great and works perfectly with my Macbook Air. I am able to connect to 2 external monitors, a wired keyboard, ethernet and charge other devices at the same time. It is very easy to setup and also portable enough to travel with. I like that it is about half the size of my previous docking station.

I have a 2017 MacBook Pro with an Intel chip, and it works well as plug and play for dual screen functionality. Every now and then I have to unplug and reconnect the connection after the laptop sleeps, but it happens so infrequently that I can't complain

I don’t usually write reviews, but after a full year with the Tobenone Dock, I feel like it deserves some credit. I run my entire home office through this thing—monitor, external drives, keyboard, mouse, audio interface—and it has not skipped a beat once. Setup was plug-and-play. No drivers, no weird connection issues, just instant recognition. The ports are laid out smartly, and I’ve never felt like I’m missing one. HDMI output is crisp, charging is consistent, and it runs surprisingly cool compared to other docks I’ve tried in the past. What I appreciate most after a year is the reliability. I connect and disconnect my laptop multiple times a day, and it just works—no lag, no glitchy wake-ups from sleep, no random reboots. That’s rare for docks in this price range. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is the kind of accessory you forget about because it does its job so well—and that’s exactly what I want in my setup. After a year, I can honestly say it’s been one of my best purchases.

I gave this a 5 star because of the excellence customer service. I purchased this device almost a year ago (November 2024). Lately it was rebooting/disconnecting randomly for a few seconds. These glitches would interrupt my work. I contacted customer support and they were quick to response. After trying a few things they decided to send me a new device. Other than the glitches the device worked as advertised. The new one is the same, easy to setup just plug & play. I would recommend this product. Not only does it works as expected but the company stands by their product. Again thanks to Anita (at TobenOne) for your support.

I recently moved back to Mac after 15 years with PCs. After struggling with multiple adapters and converters to connect my dual monitor setup and various peripherals to my MacBook, I finally found the perfect solution with the TobenONE 16-in-2 docking station. The initial setup had a few hiccups as I worked through compatibility issues with my 2nd monitor configurations with the monitor & docking station, but the customer support team was great. They responded quickly to my questions and walked me through each troubleshooting step until everything was working. The device included power supply for my MacBook charged while running everything. One of the biggest things for me is the ease disconnect the docking station when I need to take my Macbook out of the office. This dock is excellent for my home office setup – no more cable swapping or dongles cluttering my desk. plenty of room for all my peripherals, and the 2.5Gbps ethernet connection. The build quality is sturdy. Just know that if you run into any setup questions, their support team will take care of you as it's working seamlessly now.
