Took me a minute to figure out the best way to configure it. FYI the part that holds the arm has multiple holes that have 4 different sizes. There are no instructions that explain this, and I was confused for a while about why the arm was either too tight or too loose. As with many products of this type, you get what you pay for, and ultimately I see it as a fairly moderate quality product at a low to moderate price.     • There are no directions for using the stand.
I purchased this item for my daughter who is just beginning to study photography. The stand does not seem to be very sturdy and was hard to put together without any directions. We had to rely on the pictures on line. The light reflectors however are well made and easy to use. The bag for the reflectors is a plus, I wish there had also been a bag t o carry the stand in when it is folded up. ... show more

    • POOR QUALITY RECEIVED MISSING PIECES AND BROKEN ITEMS
This item is of inferior quality item. The stand is flimsy. The item I got was not new—missing pieces and or broken. I'm very disappointed with the item. I should have known when I saw it was wrapped in a black bag with tape.

    • Free my hands and easy use
At first I spent 20min to figure out how to use the holder. But when I set up, I found the reflector is too heavy but I can place other components on the other side! The material is not very light but for stable, it is great

    • Works great but stand is a bit flimsy
Product arrived in good condition tightly taped up under several layers of plastic. After getting everything removed, it took a bit of time to get it actually set up as there are no instructions included whatsoever. It took me a while to figure out that the holes in the connecting head are all different, but similar sizes, and you'll need to get the cross-bar arm into the correct hole in order for it to tighten. Once I got that figured out, it was time to connect the reflective disc cross-bar arm which isn't all that intuitive as to how. But I was able to figure out you can push down the spring-loaded bits and reveal a clip shaped part that grips onto the ring around the reflector. Ok, got it. Now we're in business. The stand itself is basic and does the job, don't expect it to last long if you intend to use this on a daily basis, lugging it around from shoot to shoot. However, the reflector is quite nice and feels sturdy. It has comfortable handholds on the side and works either as a white bounce or as a semi-transparent white diffuser. Also includes is a zippered overlay with shiny silver on one side and gold on the opposite. The reflectors are great for filling in shadows on bright outdoor shoots. While white and silver are nice, my preference is for the gold tone reflector that add a sense of depth and warmth to outdoor portraits. Overall, the kit is nice and does the job. I could easily recommend this to photo students and amateurs looking for an extra set of hands. However, due to the flimsy nature of the stand, and finicky setup, it probably isn't a tool any pro photographer would want unless they are looking for a budget friendly setup or they don't intend to move it and adjust it a whole lot. ... show more

No directions. Also there is no way to connect the the pieces together so I’m assuming we are also missing pieces.
