Called the Company 3 Times left a message to please call me back. Never got a return call back. The fire place remote was not working after a process of elimination the watch round size battery was the problem Had to purchase a new battery. Poor customer service.

I cannot say enough about how much I love my fireplace. I put this in my sunroom that has no heat. Ladies, I put this together all by myself. YES, I did. :) It took 1 hour and 20 minutes with no drill. I was so proud of myself and did I mention I love it! It's perfect!

The fireplace arrived in 2 heavy boxes but assembly was fairly easy. Finished building it in about 40 minutes, with the help of my husband. This fireplace is aesthetically pleasing. Fits a 40” inch TV (as seen in the pics I uploaded). Love that this fireplace comes with a remote to adjust heat, lighting of the logs and lighting of the flames. So so soooo easy to assemble. Did it all by myself so one person and a screwdriver is all you need. Looks perfect, no defects, arrived Super Fast and both the mantle and firebox (seperately boxed) arrived same day. Super sturdy, doesn't look cheap. Sorry about the photo quality but my phone is old and the camera is not so great. Only complaints are minor ones and that is that I wish the fire lights could go brighter so that it would throw off a more homey fire glow, and that the bricks where more of contrasting color like a medium to dark gray or like a gray and white marble. Haven't tried the heat yet so not sure how well it's going to heat the room. Love it. so glad I purchased this. Would definately recommend this to anyone who wants to make a room more cozy feeling. It is heavy though so make sure you asseble near where it's going to be displayed. The mantle box weighed 90lbs according to the ups sticker so you may need help getting it inside but other than that it only takes like 45 min for one person to put together. ... show more

I love how the fire place functions so well and it does keep my huge living room nice and cozy. Just still a lot smaller than I excepted especially for the price. Although this one was the best deal at the time. I’m assuming they’re all expensive even though they’re not near as big as a real one built in. It was easy to assemble and the final product looks great. The only downside was when I plugged it in it makes a loud vibrating noise which is pretty annoying. Wouldn't spend the money on a broken heater.
