The weight limit says 330 pounds however my husband drove the scooter with me on the back seat for a total of 375 pounds with no problems. Additionally, we were pulling a loaded wagon. It worked great! We liked this scooter so much, we purchased 2! It’s the perfect solution for us since our boat slip is a long distance from where we park at the marina. We’re able to attach our wagon on the back of the scooter and transport all of our things with ease.

I purchased my SEHOMY scooter this past Prime day in July it's a very nice scooter, however I wouldn't recommend it to a first time buyer, that has no knowledge of how to fix it. I road my scooter 5 times and got a flat tire, and I notified SEHOMY of this issue and they offered to give a inner tube and 10% refund. So I said that I would rather send the scooter back to the company and get a full refund. So they said fine but I would have to send it back in the original box and after 2 and a half months I had thrown the original box away. So now I'm stuck with a scooter that cost me $401. Dollars with a flat tire which will cost me an estimated $100. to $120. Dollars to fix it. I will never buy another SEHOMY product again. And I pray that no one will have to go through with what I did.

If I could give them a zero star I would but that’s not a choice. I bought this scooter six months ago and after six months, it died on me. I tried to request for parts and the seller never sent the parts and said they are out of stock. I called Amazon and tried to get a refund through their help but I never got a refund so don’t ever ever buy from them not good quality and not good service. It has been three months and my calls and my request for refund or replacement of the scooter was never approved. They don’t respect the warranty so now I have a scooter that is worthless and I paid over $400 on it.

Scooter arrived in 7 days. The box looked to have been open and repackaged. The staples were pulled out and clear tape used + packaging straps. , But the scooter was unfazed. It went together pretty easy. Front left foot peg was hard to screw in as if the hole maybe wasn't threaded all the way. I worried I'd strip the screw head or the allen wrench. Nice comfortable riding. And it hauled my 270 lbs around pretty good. I rode it right out of the box \ Very easy to ride and QUIET as a mouse compared to the fat tire 20" wheeled E bike. This will be just fine for short errands in my small town. Duel suspension works well. Folding pegs, center basket, This is a practical useful scooter. The scooter might be easy to tip over when resting on the kick stand. I'm riding this more that my $800 Ebike.

Somajor problem is that it arrived with a flat tire, I tried to pump it to see if maybe it just needs air and it made a hissing sound after taking the air pump off of it so I know it’s the tire. I’m very disappointed because it’s brand new how has the tire popped after 1 single ride
