You honestly just need to buy from big name brands like Segway. Their products are great especially the F2 scooter. The weight isn’t too bad and the size isn’t bad either you can fit it in your trunk or in your garage. The battery life is great I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and haven’t needed to charge it yet AND you can pick on the app what the max charge should be so you can make the battery health last longer. The functionality is great I love the safety features such as the app, the turn signals, the brake and front lights are bright and light up the way a good amount. I also love that the motor starts when you kickstart the scooter (you have to have the scooter in motion to use the motor which is a great safety feature). I'm a 205lb mildly overweight but muscular man and this carries me EASILY up decent hills in sport mode with a smooth and pleasant ride. The handlebars are wider, battery life is SIGNIFICANTLY improved, and it has enhanced safety features like wider handlebars. Easy to assemble. Better range too. No need to spend more than this. I bought it with one mission: get to places I’m too lazy to drive to and avoid surrendering my hard-won parking spot at the marina. Mission accomplished. This thing turns “quick trip to the store” into a smooth, silent glide instead of a 20-minute parking gamble. Speed & Range: Plenty fast for zipping around town and long enough range that I stop worrying about battery life before it ever worries about me. Portability: Light and compact enough to stash right on the deck without turning the boat into a storage unit. Fold it, park it, done. I use the scooter to go to my work and gym. Both of them are in 2 mile radius from my place. The speed is great, it took me 25 mins to get to work, with scooter i can get to work in 6-7 mins. I keep my maximum charging to 85% to keep the battery at optimum health. It usually takes 12-14 miles to drain the battery, i can get more out of it on ECO mode. I usually operate the scooter on Sport mode with maximum acceleration. The tires are okay, i would have liked suspensions as there are bumps on the roads where i usually travel on. But it is dependable and a really great product. With the app you can set a digital lock and also enable Find My on the scooter and add it to your phone. ... show more

Great battery, tight controls. The one negative is when you let go of the 'gas' it doesn't really coast so much as break which is odd and hard to get used to. You can tell going down hill as well as it just doesn't go very quickly compared to cheaper models that can't keep up, up hill.
