Love these for my kids, safe for younger kids. I do wish they had a light other than the lights in the bottom. They are fun to ride, hold over 145+ pounds with ease. Worth the money. Quick charging time and lots of power for the battery.

Complete an utter trash do not buy for your children! The first one we received had a battery problem that overheated really bad. We had to pack it up and send it back. Then they sent a replacement which also had problems faulty wires, battery problems so we called Segway directly. Segway told us I had to try to repair it myself first so they sent me a repair kit and instructions on how to take the entire thing apart and replace something called the controller upon changing the controller out, which took over two hours to do, after we turned it back on it started making all kinds of loud noises and speaking in a different language. I called Segway and they said we would have to box it up once again and send it back in for them to refurbish or repair they refuse to just send us a new one, even though this was the second one we had that had battery and “controller“ problems.They told us to send it to them and we did. Once again, had to pack it back in its original box and find a FedEx store that would actually accept it because of the battery that was in it. Will never buy a Segway product ever again buyer beware! ... show more
