This phone came with bugs. The reason for the first return was the phone kept crashing. It still does that. The phone cannot keep an app running through Bluetooth without dropping and even while I am typing this review the keyboard crashed and the app tried to crash as well. The phone is unstable and I have a case and screen protector on it. I thought maybe it was the Bluetooth to blame but it's not. It's the phone and it's inability to handle Android 13. That's the only conclusion that I could think of. The chip in the 4G phone can't handle the throughput of the system. I get system crashes, motor launcher crashes and app crashes. It's one th(sorry keyboard crashed)ING for and app to crash but the system, launcher and keyboard to crash too. That's a system melting down. Don't know how much time until I get a new phone. I also found out that the phone is running a partially functioning version of 13 with no way of going into the safe mode to fix the bugs or the inability to get updates. ... show more

I was getting a backup phone for my moto g7 plus, took a chance on this refurbished moto g stylus, exceeded my expectations, this phone is like new, the battery lasts much longer than my G7 plus, i do prefer the fingerprint from my old phone in the back, but this one on the side is ok, the only thing i would say is that is it slightly larger in length than old moto, however it is slightly slimmer (not as wide), would rather it be wider than taller, but still a great value phone for the price, highly recommend ... show more

Graphics are good GREAT SOUND QUALITY,kinda small tho idk if its what i have as far as app or what but kinda glitchy at times other than that it decent more options as far as notes an stylus that ive notice rather the stylus 22 .
