  • Fantastic product, life saver
Style: Garage Set
I've been extremely happy with this mower so far. Setup was surprisingly straightforward, and I was able to map out and create borders for my roughly half-acre yard with four separate mowing zones. The initial mapping process was simple—I just walked behind it like an RC car using my phone, and then adjusted the boundaries as needed. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to schedule. I was able to set different mowing days for each zone in just a few minutes. The night mowing mode is especially nice because you can wake up to a freshly cut lawn without having to think about it. I also appreciate that it won't go out when temperatures get too high, which helps protect the machine during extreme heat. The AWD system is excellent. My property isn't the easiest terrain to navigate, but this mower has no problem climbing slopes, handling uneven ground, and maneuvering in and out of tight spots. It's been much more capable than I expected. It's also surprisingly quiet during operation. Even when it's out mowing, it's not disruptive, which makes it easy to let it run during the day or overnight. I also like how simple it is to adjust settings such as the cutting height. Everything is handled through the app and can be changed in just a few taps. Another pleasant surprise was how easy blade replacement is. Maintenance is quick and straightforward, which is important for a product that's designed to save you time in the first place. Speaking of saving time, this mower has eliminated roughly 3 hours of mowing for me every week or two. That's probably been the biggest benefit overall—getting my weekends back while still having a consistently well-maintained lawn. My only real complaint is the optional garage. It feels a bit expensive for what is essentially a molded plastic cover. To be fair, it does look nice and matches the mower well, but I think the price could be more reasonable. Overall, this mower has exceeded my expectations. It's easy to set up, highly customizable, quiet, handles difficult terrain well, and has made lawn care almost completely hands-off. Between the scheduling options, strong AWD performance, simple maintenance, easy height adjustments, and the amount of time it saves, I would absolutely recommend it. ... show more

  • This thing rocks!!
Style: Garage Set
I absolutely love my Navimow X430! I have a really funky yard with hills, lots of curves, and low branches I constantly have to duck under, but this mower handles it all like a champ. It navigates the slopes without any issues, follows every curve perfectly, and gets into all the tricky spots I used to struggle with. The best part? I can set it to mow every day or every 3 days and it just does its thing. No more spending my precious days off pushing a mower around the yard. As a shift worker, this has been a game-changer — it frees up so much of my time that I actually get to relax instead of doing yard work. The software is excellent too. Super intuitive, reliable, and makes scheduling and monitoring the mower effortless. I’ve had zero headaches with it. If you have a complex yard and want your weekends back, get this mower. It’s worth every penny. Best purchase I’ve made for my home in years! Highly recommended. ... show more

  • Quiet, Capable, and Reliable on a Large Lawn
Style: Garage Set
The Robot The robot works well on my 13,255-square-foot lawn, including areas with slopes of around 12%. It is also very quiet while mowing. I created three mowing zones measuring 2,595, 3,288, and 7,372 square feet. It takes approximately 48 minutes to mow the 3,288-square-foot zone and about 40 minutes for the 2,595-square-foot zone. I have not yet timed the 7,372-square-foot zone. I have owned the robot for almost two weeks and have not experienced any issues so far. It has been working perfectly. The navigation system performs very well using vision and network RTK. However, if tall grass blocks the camera, even a single blade, the robot may stop or try to avoid it. I recommend keeping the grass below the camera's height. The robot can also detect and avoid people without any problems. The App Creating a map is not too difficult. Auto-mapping did not work well for me, so I created the map manually. The remote control works well. I have not noticed any significant delay, and controlling the robot is easy. Creating boundaries is less convenient than it is with a robot vacuum. The mower requires you to drive the robot along the desired boundary while walking with it. It would be much more convenient to create boundaries, off-limit islands, and new zones directly on the map without having to connect to and physically guide the robot. Fortunately, zones can be adjusted manually afterward, and that process is simple. The cutting height and mowing direction can be configured separately for each zone. However, I would prefer the app to display the current cutting height directly on the main screen instead of requiring users to open the settings menu. The Garage It provides excellent coverage for the robot, keeping it almost completely protected even during rain. The folding design also works very well and makes accessing the robot easy. Overall The robot works as described and has performed very well so far. The app is functional, but the mapping tools and cutting-height controls could be improved to provide a smoother user experience. The long-term durability of the front steering wheels remains to be seen. Their motors are active while the robot navigates and changes direction, so I am hopeful they are designed to provide reliable performance for many years without requiring frequent replacement. ... show more

  • No Customer Support
Style: Garage Set
It worked great for 3 weeks. Then, the charging dock no longer had power. I tried 2 different outlets and no power. It has been almost a week and nothing from customer support to see if I can get this resolved with a replacement so I am sending it back. However, they have no common sense and only sent 1 return label. This a bundle and the description clearly states garage shipped separately. Been waiting for Navimow to send 2 labels or a second label so I can get my money back. I would not buy because there is no support. ... show more

  • A huge time saver, with fantastic results!!
Style: Garage Set
I live on a .4 acre lot, with 419 TifWay Bermudagrass. I previously reel mowed with a 25" McLane; and maintained less than a 0.5" height of cut. I simply ran out of time with returning to the office, all of my young kid's activities, and all of the other demands of life. I've been running the X430 for ~50 days; and I am extremely impressed with the quality of cut, the ease of setup, and ease of use. I am mowing every day; and it is maintaining a thick, green lawn perfectly. The lawn isn't as smooth as a reel mower; but still looks fantastic and is well worth the tradeoff for me. I can always reel cut in between if I need; but I haven't been tempted to do so yet. I'm fairly shocked at how well it does. I just need to go out and string trim and edge every few days. I have yet to clean it or change the blades; but that looks very straightforward. From setup to mowing; I'd say for such a complicated machine, it has been very hassle-free. The only issue that I've had, is with the mower saying it isn't connected to the internet. This has happened 4 times. I've had to resolve these issues by manually powering down the unit and restarting it (in-person). This would be an issue if it happened while I was on vacation or out of town without physical access to the mower. Luckily, that hasn't happened yet. I'm not sure what is causing this; but it's something I'll keep an eye on and update my review if it becomes a recurring issue. This has been a huge time saver for me and if it continues to operate without any quality issues or service events, I think it's a slam dunk purchase. ... show more

  • Firmware updates / issues have significantly degraded performance
Style: Garage Set
Great mower. Significantly faster than my Luba 2 which has been relegated to the back yard. The only ask I have of Segway is the ability to make the perimeter loops travel in the opposite direction on alternate mows. The mower will make 3 loops if you have perimeter mowing enabled and they are always in the same direction creating wear marks / ruts in the lawn. I turned it off until there is a solution. As far as speed and mow quality goes, it is fantastic. Half the time it took my Luba 2 to do the same job and the grass looks fantastic. I will also say that the app is much more user friendly than the Mammotion App. Update: The latest firmware update in July 2026 changed the performance - lowering my review score. Customer service has been a joke as they ask me for the same information already provided in an email every 48 hours to pad their Zendesk software stats. It will no longer cross my sidewalk because the Vision Fence Off zones are no longer working. Prior to this firmware update it did a great job striping my yard crossing the sidewalk. Now it leaves 4 to 6 inches on each side un-mowed. It is a known issue documented on Reddit and on Facebook. After 2 weeks of working with them providing times and pictures, they asked me what country I using the mower in???? Information provided by my registration and the orignal customer service inquiry form I sent them weeks ago. I can no longer recommend this unit. ... show more

  • Great product. The yard look so much greener than before...
Style: Garage Set
I’m very impressed with the robot. We started with a Momotion Luba 3, which was extremely slow, and the customer service was atrocious. That experience drove us to look elsewhere, and I bought this unit. The difference is night and day. First, it mows my yard much faster than the Momotion. The software is straightforward and easy to use. What surprised us most is how much better the yard looks, not just that it’s mowed, but because the mower cuts every other day, taking off a little at a time. The grass is a much deeper green. One might assume we’re fertilizing the lawn more heavily, but nothing changed except the mower. I can’t help but believe it’s healthier for the yard and will prove to be a long‑term investment. I originally wanted a robot mower to replace our mowing crew, who had wreaked havoc on our gates, forcing me to have them re‑welded after being hit with power mowers. That was my initial motivation, but I’m now much more pleased than simply saving money on labor. The yard looks tremendously better, and I couldn’t be happier. ... show more

  • Robust, but follow instructions exactly.
Style: Garage Set
I am going to leave a day by day review of my experience of setting up and using this robot. Some background: I am a mechatronics engineer who has designed industrial robots for aboutb2 decades. I have a mostly level 7000sqf back yard and a 2000sqf front yard. Day1: setup and out of box experience 5 stars. Bit heavy and needs two people. Reccomend segway make box end foldable so the robot can just roll out end. Some minor annoyances where ot asks to roll the robot into garage but the wheels are locked up. Went through multiple software updates smoothly. Garage is a big chunk of dumb plastic which Segway is overcharging for. But hey that's the game. Mapping is where the real problems started. Just starting with back yard first. Since yard is irregular tried drive to map mode. Driving interface is not very friendly and robot responds in jumps and spurts sometime, they really need to improve their trajectory acceleration jerk settings, map was not as smooth as I could have wished but passable. First mow was a disaster, robot was 60% through map when it drove over a line of 6" high rocks with blades running and marred up the entire undercarriage. I was watching and tried to use pause button on phone but somehow it it did not respond. I had to run over to hit the large estop by hand. Unfortunately damage was done. Super disappointed. Will continue tommorow. Day2: Edited the maps to give more clearance to the rock landscape. Somehow the robot still ran into the rocks. Edited map again and this time robot went back and forth a dozen times near the rocks to get the last square inch of grass near a crevice. Ugh. At least it avoided the rocks. As it moved passed the rocks and was in the last 15% of the boundary run it ran over landscaping edge and into pebble landscaping. I looked at the phone and somehow the entire map had shifted and there was a warning that the base station or antenna had moved. Which I know it didn't as the whole thing is screwed into the ground with a dozen+ landscape screws (included). Deleted the map, added theboptional antenna and recapped the whole yard, this time I left out large parts of the yards which were somewhat irregularly shaped. Spent another hour hour fidgeting before I ran out of daylight. Will try more tommorow. So far the experience has been more akin to an alpha/beta tester than a finished product. Will try more tommorow. ALSO- CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NOT AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS. SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Day 3: started early and remapped leaving more space on the boundaries. Mowed right after and it worked like a charm. Also called support twice and both times a helpful rep answered within a few rings. That was a pleasant surprise. However, working with the antena means I can't map my front yard. Going to try to take it off the antenna tommorow and see how it goes. Wonder if I have to remap. Also, not sure if it actually cut any grass because instructions had asked to pre mow short. Revising to 3 stars. Day4 and onwards: I admit I had been lax abt placement of base system, placing it veru close to a shed for power outlet. But after doing some research it turns out it is critical that the base has a clear sky view. After relocating the base my experience improved tremendously. Dont even need the add on antenna. I have had half a dozen mows on the large backyard with zero issues. Well, one issue when it couldn't dock itself after mowing. I even added a second zone and path to the front yard. At this time I am satisfied with the product and performance. Metrics like mow performance and durability will take longer to assess. Perhaps I will come back to update at end of season. I rate this a buy. ... show more
