The purchase of the lawn mower and garage X went well. The garage X arrived right away, the unit arrived about 10 days later. The boxing of the unit was well done. The mower is heavy, but I was able to remove it from the box on my own. Good idea to have two people. Setting up the mower is done through an APP on your phone. I found it straight forward, just take your time following their instructions. The mower performed very well. I did not need the antenna supplied. I chose manual setup because of a curvy border. Defining the perimeter and setting up zones was not hard with the APP. Our back yard is hilly, perfect for kids sled riding, and the mower had no trouble going up and down the hill. We have about a 1/3rd of an acre and the mower had to go back to home to recharge when it was about 80% done. I'm guessing the hill drained the batteries faster. But, who cares? It goes back out and finishes the job and heads back to the garage when it's done. Took about four hours including charging time. A nice discovery, when it goes out to mow the next time, it picks a different mowing pattern which I like. The grass clippings are really fine so I didn't even see them. In my opinion, it is designed to keep lawns looking nice with frequent (once or so a week) mowings, not cutting down tall grass. With that in mind, it seems to work great!

I have it mowing 1.2 acres every other day. .7 of the acres is down a gravel driveway and it works great. It gets stuck in one area that I get stuck in on a zero turn mower but it has never been able to not get itself unstuck and just goes around it. Leaves stripes in my yard like a professional.

Just received the robotic mower just over a week ago. Spent an evening unboxing the unit and setting things up. It was very simple to hook everything up. I used the manual mapping procedure which went very smoothly and was really easy marking the trees, pool, shed, etc. What was really great is there was no need to use the RTK. The NRTK works great and saved a lot of work. I have mowed the grass 3 times and have never got stuck. So far the grass looks great and very impressed by the performance and ease of use on this mower.

Great mower. Significantly faster than my Luba 2 which has been relegated to the back yard. The only ask I have of Segway is the ability to make the perimeter loops travel in the opposite direction on alternate mows. The mower will make 3 loops if you have perimeter mowing enabled and they are always in the same direction creating wear marks / ruts in the lawn. I turned it off until there is a solution. As far as speed and mow quality goes, it is fantastic. Half the time it took my Luba 2 to do the same job and the grass looks fantastic. I will also say that the app is much more user friendly than the Mammotion App.

I got a x430 delivered a few days ago. Second time using getting error 1512. I can map, but when I go to mow in any form it immediately gives error and stops. Location USA. I could not find anything on google. I updated firmware. I reinstalled app. I restarted the mower. I tried all combinations of going home and restarting. I reached out to customer service 2 days ago and still haven’t received any help. I tried through their chat, website, and email. I asked to escalate for a quicker response as I have an event, now I’m scrambling to get the lawn in order. Spending 3k and having no response in more than 30 hours is ridiculous. I read the good reviews which is why I purchased this item. I’m happy it’s been working great for most of you, but for me, probably return and trying a different brand. This is their last chat GPT response (over 30 hours ago as “priority”): I can completely understand your frustration. It is incredibly disappointing to have a brand-new item run into issues within the first week, and I realize that waiting any longer for a solution feels unacceptable. I hear you loud and clear on the urgency. Because this is a new product and the standard troubleshooting hasn't resolved the issue, I am escalating your case to our technical engineering team immediately. It is important that they handle this directly to ensure we identify the root cause right away rather than putting you through further trial and error. I have flagged this as a priority to get you a definitive resolution. I will monitor their progress closely and update you the moment I have their technical assessment. Thank you for your patience while I push to get this fixed for you. Edit 5/7 4pm EST: I followed up prior emails still no response since Monday night and also emailed [email protected]. Edit 5/8 9am EST: No response or resolution so far from 3 Email addresses and DMs (below). DM to Navimow_answers response was “I will tell them to contact you”. Were they not going to otherwise? lol 5/9: nothing Edit 5/10: Finally got an email response asking to send a video. Edit 5/13: Finally finally they want me to send in my mower. They will eventually send me a new one, but no eta on it, no further details, no information on when. No mention of compensation. Each response takes over 24 hours, extremely slow responses. Meanwhile my lawn is a disaster. Edit 5/14: This is the response after waiting now since I posted: We will be creating the shipping label for you shortly. To provide you with a clear view of the process, the replacement mower will be processed once your mower is picked up from your home. The replacement will then be under our fulfillment process which may take 24-72 hours. Once completed, the unit will be shipped within 4 -7 days. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks, meanwhile I have to spend $$$ to get my lawn in order. For a brand new mower, from start to finish, I think this is unacceptable for spending $3k. I wish I had a better result.
