Don't let the 3m strips throw you off. There are directions for mounting with screws and without. It took me a little bit to get through. Luckily, it really is just snap, measure, screw in, and snap in installation. The material is thinner than I'd hoped, BUT I expected that after reading the reviews. Honestly, these are really nice up. I'm very happy with my purchase.

We purchased four of these and were a little skeptical when we took the blinds out of their box. The housing, mechanicals and beaded cords are all plastic. We got them installed easily enough without damaging anything. They operate very smoothly, but the beaded cord has rectangular connector that gets caught in the cord keeper/guide…really annoying when trying to raise/lower the blinds. Other’n that, they look fantastic. We bought these as part of a $25,000-plus remodeling/redecorating project. What’s one of the first things visitors “oooh” and “ahhhh” about when they walk in? These less-than-$30 blinds. Go figure. Note – these are not room-darkening. Rather, more for privacy and shielding furniture, etc. from direct sunbeams.

I was pleasantly surprised with this window treatment and it's construction. Although I wanted the shade to fit inside the window frame, due to limited sizes, I was not able to get the look I was looking for. I am, however, very pleased with how the overall look of my moms bathroom refresh came out with the outside mount. Thank you for a reasonably priced and easy to install window treatment.

I really like this style of blinds. They look great, work well, install fast and easy, and adjust to allow the perfect amount of light in - or block it - with a quick action of the roller cord. I bought a number of them previously - here on Amazon, but from another manufacturer and seller - which seem to all be sourced from China - of course. After my current installation was completed, I noticed that there were some frayed stitching areas all along the left edge - that were not visibly obvious to me at first - until I looked carefully - (as we all do when “final inspecting” any DIY job performed around the house). It appears that the shades were rolled up in their shipping package - such that the top/edge was unprotected from the potentials of rough handling while packed within its box. I decided that I don’t dislike it enough to warrant removal - return - reinstallation - and the hassles thereof…….but I don’t think I would buy from this particular manufacturer again.

It is a fair product. I can’t say it is easy to install because you need to make two holes oh the wall or window frame. It is light weight but it is easy to got moved with wind. The stick may hit on the window when wind get strong. In other words, this product is good for the window which is constantly closed. There I feel it is not a good fit for my desire. I will keep it because it is still better then the window blinds I used before.
