The packaging of this chair is excellent, and the assembly is very convenient. I only took 15 minutes to assemble it. The leather of the office chair is very high-end! I even doubted whether it is genuine leather. I have to say that the seating comfort of the chair is truly superb, better than any other office chair I've had before. The lumbar support of the chair is also a feature I like. The inflatable lumbar support can be adjusted to the perfect position for my lower back. At this price point, it is definitely the best chair, no doubt about it. recommended!

The chair is very good and as shown and described. Assembly took about 20 minutes and there were no issues with damaged or missing parts. LOVE the T-handle allen wrench that is included, saving that for future product assemblies. It makes the assembly much easier than the typical small "L" wrench. The padding is on the firm side, like a sports seat/ gaming chair, but supportive in all of the rifht places and comfortable for hours. The adjustment range for height and tilt are better than most mid-price office chairs and is appropriately sized for Americans. The biggest issue with whole-heartedly recommending is the price. This is similar to my last PU leather desk chair from Amazon that I got for $119 with the addition of the air bladder lumbar support and quilted stitching in the center. Those are great to have, but I'm not sure that those alone are worth the price jump to the SRP of $209. At full retail, that's up there with "Genuine (bonded) Leather", famous brand name chairs frequently on sale at office supply stores and wholesale clubs. I previously had that chair and it was awesome until the leather started peeling at around the 3 year mark and is not covered by the advertised "5 year warranty". That La-Z leather is bonded. The chair that replaced it was PU leather from Amazon, which also lasted about 3 years before the PU leather cracked on the seat and fold-up arms to the point that it pinched and required replacing aswell. I feel like 3 years is now about what you can get out of a desk chair. This seems to typically hover around the $160 range with sales/ coupons and that's a decent deal. Time will tell how it holds up to use, but I expect it to last the typical 3 years. Besides the price, the biggest downsides are some creaking (mostly the upholstery) and the lumbar pump bulb hangs out the back and dangles flaccidly. I tried getting it out of the way and installing it by the seat (like 1980's sport sedans), but the tubing is too short by an inch or 2. I think the placement could be better, as well as better materials for the bulb and release- they seem/ feel really cheap.

Nice chair. Wide seat and deep pan so kind of big to sit in for smaller individuals. Directions could use some text along with the pics to let you know things like not tightening the screws just yet, etc. The cap that goes over the wheel base is cheesy as it’s literally shiny plastic and not metal at all. Overall pretty comfortable. Just started using it so will see how it does.

I'm very happy with this chair. It's very comfortable, provides plenty of support, and it's one of the better PU leather finishes I've seen on any furniture. I had to look back at the listing to see if it was real leather or not. I have the brown version which I love - it's a deep chocolate shade that goes very well with a variety of office furniture and is a nice alternative to the standard black. The assembly is pretty straightforward and they actually provide a few spare parts and a very nice handled Allen wrench tool to put it together. The lumbar support is a great feature, although it does tend to deflate a bit over time. Adjustability is pretty standard for any office chair - it has a pull mechanism that locks it into a reclined position (the back does not actually recline itself). So far, the arms are holding up very well to flipping up and down. I needed arms that could be flipped up so that I can play guitar. This chair works great for that. There are only a couple things I find slightly lacking. The lumbar mechanism just kind of dangles there and is a prime target for pets or kids. I'm not a fan of the chrome finish on the legs. The height adjustability is also a bit limited, and the arms are a little low for my preference (I am on the short side at 5'6"). Even so, I'm still very comfortable in this chair and it's a quality, 5 star product in the sub-$200 range.
