I use these to make swatches of my procion dyes. These are soft and take dye very well due to the quality of the fabric. They dye evenly so that means there is no synthetic fiber in them. These are on the thin side, which is fine for my needs. These are high quality but so inexpensive at the same time.

The fabric has nice texture/ feel to it. Every piece is 9 3/4 ish squared. None were 10x10. I have a ton of waste per piece because I needed 2.5 inch strips and 4.5 inch squares. Sews nicely.

The precut fabric was just shy of 10" but perfectly square. It didn't matter for the quilt I was making. The quality of the fabric was very nice.

The squares were not 10 x 10 inches. They were 9 3/4 x 9 3/4 inches which doesn't seem like a big deal unless you are making a difficult quilt where everything needs to fit.

The quality of the sage material is awesome! But when I measured it one part is 10 inches and the other is a little less than 10 inches. I believe it is because of the cutting through a bunch of material at the same time. I have done this myself. But can be trimmed down to 9 1/2 inches and used for other projects. Which I plan to do. I will also be ordering more from this place.
