It may be a good quality machine, I didn't not test it in the long run, but it has ease of use problems. Cons -When you turn the top of the machine around to the back the machine tips over from the weight, the bottom needs to be weighted. You have to pull put the bottom shelf out first to steady it, which is an extra unneeded step. -The metal top gets much too hot, like touching an iron. I found I needed a press with a heat resistant top. -When trying to change the heat I had trouble with the machine staying on the previous set temperature. Im not sure if you have to reset it between uses or what but with my other machine changing all the settings was much easier and streamlined.

Bought this machine a few months ago. One of the components malfunctioned. I messaged this seller about it. Right away, they send me another part free! I did not have to pay for shipping or send the old one back! This is a well-built machine backed and the company offers some really good customer support. I have been using this press for a few months now and have had no issues. I've probably made close to 100 shirts and every one comes out great. The only negative is that there are no.. I mean zero... instructions for working it so you have to read here, in the comments. Or use trial/error to figure it out.

I’ve used my heat press several times for applying HTV to T-shirt’s & tote bags, so far it’s great! Only gave 4 stars since I haven’t used the cup, plate or hat press. Came well packaged & easy to put together. Instructions are not that helpful. Hands down it’s better than using my iron.
