I own a couple of scooters, no pedals. they do about 18.9 mph. pretty good rides. I recently purchased this bike because I wanted to be able to pedal for exercise or if the battery dies. This thing blows me away!! I have never ridden anything quite like it! truly awesome. powerful and fast. i am only 5'4" so i have to leave the seat all the way down and can't figure out where to mount the phone charger. they say it ways 117 lbs but it dont feel that heavy. i just wanted to say what an awesome investment and that I am extremely happy! Thank you so much! fun to ride excellent quality great performance good value for the money for sure. been researching bikes for 4 months. so glad i chose this one!

Fantastic bike! It's well made, nicely balanced, handle's well. The dual motors work really good for going uphill, Lots of power, It's nice because to switch to dual motor all you have to do is push the button which is situated perfectly. The battery life has been unbelievably good so far, I've had it a few months. It was fairly easy to assemble with decent instructions, It also comes with a manual for using the lcd display so you can set the parameters for the pedal assist (PAS). I would ride it for a bit and then use the manual to play with the PAS to dial it in for you. I feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck with this, especially with what bike shops are asking, my wife and I got 2 bikes on Amazon for what 1 would have costed at the shop, she got a different one than me, she's also happy with our purchase's also.

It’s true to its speed.its great quality.and overall this bike is the best.assembly isn’t so easy but not so hard either and it’s a great price for an e-bike.it has the best brakes their hydraulic so it brakes great.it looks like a monster in a good way u can use it anywhere and it will still go fast and smooth and the battery lasts a good amount if ur looking for an e-bike this is the way to go

Love the power, love the way it handles. The battery life is really good. The brakes are superb. This is not a light weight bike so if you can’t handle the weight choose something else. Other than that I think it’s a great bike. What I will say is make sure you tighten everything because I had some issues with the front light Loosening up and there was a handlebar issue which I’m trying to resolve now with the company. Let’s see how that works out. I give it four stars due to the handlebar issue, but if that wasn’t a issue, it would definitely be five stars for me.

The Seemoon is my first e bike and I absolutely love it. I wanted a step through design with good power and the reviews on this one are obviously good. I usually only use one motor but when I switch it to both motors the power is fantastic. I am 6'4" 195 and it goes 35 easily without peddling which is very fast for me. The bike takes any terrain with ease and climbs inclined overpasses like it's nothing. I live in St Pete FL so no hills to speak of. It came mostly assembled and my guy put it together quickly. He repairs e bikes and said this was a nice one and was impressed by the price and quality. The design and color combination look great and everyone likes the look so far. I am having so much fun with it.

Do Not buy this Bike.!!!! I received mine this Monday, put it together. Everything works but the front wheel and motor. I looked through the manuals, there is no tech support to call. if you go on the website, there is no tech support. The phone number give is international, China. The recording says the number is not valid. Not sure if the number has a typo or what. I'm having to communicate by email. There is always a day or two to get a reply. And then they just want more information, in pour English. At this point I just want my money back. Tech support and customer service, web site is really bad, if you need anything your on your own. Now this is going to sound strange, its actually a nice bike, I want to keep it. But if it is broken or breaks, your screwed. Update. Now I have been told that this is a non-refundable product, amazon wont refund, the seller must refund. I was told this by email after I was told I would not get a refund until the bike was sent back to Ontario Canada. And full inspection of the bike is conducted. I paid 250$ shipping by the way. There is no one to call, there is no North American retail locations or repair service center. Today I was told by email that I could get a new part sent only after I removed this negative review.

My wife and I both got to eat mountain bikes. This bike is well put together the fact that it came standard with blinkers, brake Lights and the such made it even better. The wife loves it, couldn't be happier. One of the best fat tire e mountain bikes out there bar, none.
