The 4 Hidden Object Games (HOGs) included are nice. They are all quite different from each other and only have the same basic play idea of finding things hidden in common. That is a nice variety. I have the first of the Golden Trails games so it was nice to be able to get the 2nd game. I was surprised to find it taking place about 100 years EARLIER than the first game. However, it plays the same. Escape from the Lost Island is one of those where you need to find parts of an item (like an escape kit) or to move a blockage (bookcase in front of door) but works nicely. All of the games have been tested to the point that I know they work and I understand how to play. I also found myself enjoying them. The set of game is worth the modest cost. The only problem is the bonus game of "Murder, She Wrote 2". That game will not play on any system where you have the DPI set to larger than 100%. That setting is quite common now with the larger displays. The default, recommended, resolution is such that the text is too small to see. Most games that have problems with higher than 100% DPI will work fine with a Compatibility Property setting to ignore the high DPI setting. This game ignores that flag I am not happy at all with that. Edited -- I contacted Legacy Games about the problem with the bonus game. They let me choose a substitute game. I chose one that I was pretty sure would work as well as had a trial period to verify. I am very happy with their customer support and now have 5 working games as I expected! Because of their excellent customer support, I am changing my review from 4 stars to 5 stars! Thank you, Legacy Games!
