Like: Good cosmetic look. Dislike: 1) It takes almost twice as long as my previous B&D toaster for same result of toasting. 2) Pita bread and thin slices of bread can fall down and it is a big hassle to get them out after falling. This never happened with my previous toaster. The metal bread holders are a little too narrow and allow thin bread to fall down. 3) It is bigger and bulkier than the description. It measures: 9.5 L x 6.3 W x 7.8 H inches. The main reason I gave it a 3, is mainly due to Pita or thin slices of bread falling down into toaster. ... show more
