Purchase date February 2022 stopped heating August 2023 This device is great when it worked which for us we use it about four 4-8 times a month on the weekends and today it’s stopped heating.     • Works as it should, like the handle

This unit works well. Had lost the use of another one (<1 y.o.) which had a less mechanically sound off/on switch. And was much lighter weight, didn't feel as substantial as this. I liked the handle, thought maybe I could even drink from it since I am a "leche con cafe" drinker, but the edge is a bit too sharp to want to do this (you could, just isn't appealing). The markings on the inside are shaded, so it is hard to know how much to fill, but if you do it once in bright light you can then go by the depth of the twizzler. Oddly, THAT is eccentrically placed in the cup; this makes it a bit more difficult to clean so a special brush is included; and at any rate you can remove the twizzler to wash separately if you wish. The frothing wheel on the side makes it harder to wash. It over froths just a little and there is no way to change the timer other than pulling it off before it’s done. Those two things are minor because truthfully I use it all the time.

For me this product description was misleading. It produced more foam with the milk than it did froth/steamed milk. I was looking more for an option to make lattes not cappuccinos. Also the inside of the product is not stainless steal. It is treated with nonstick coating/chemicals. I see there is a newer model that appears to be stainless steel. It looks nice. Product appears to work well. If you want a latte machine I recommend just spending more money and getting one. ... show more

I bought this to make my own cold foam cold brew coffee instead of spending $6 every time I want one. This works great. Creates a very nice foamed milk in a very short time. Everything about this milk frother is great with 1 small exception. The measurement lines inside the pitcher are hard see. Regardless of time of day you’ll need good lighting to see them.
