    • Flat out the box just use a steamer!

The couch comes in two boxes, the pillows and cushions are vacuum sealed to fit in the box so naturally once opening the box the cushions are wrinkled and flat, they fluff up a little but after 2 days they were still wrinkled and flat. So I took my garment steamer and took all the pillows and the two cushions and steamed them and they fluffed right up! So I am very happy with how they look now. I recommend using a steamer and see how much a difference it makes! I am very happy and very worth the price. ... show more

    • You get less than what you pay for!
Color: Beige Size: U Shape+ 2 Ottomans
Review Image by Momof3
Poor construction of parts. Some of the threads on the screws for the plastic legs were not adequately long enough to catch the co ordinating opening on the frame. Thankfully, they give you 2 extra legs to try, but I did have to cut away part of the fabric and whittle a bit of the frame to try and get the 2 parts to mate. Some holes did not line up with the screws. Brackets on one side of the couch were installed backwards. The ottoman cushions just sit on top of the frame. There is no hinge that attaches it to the frame. I added additional heavy duty velcro to the back of the ottoman cushion try and secure it better to the frame. Do not waste your money! Spend more for something better. It looked ok once I steamed the cushions and added inexpensive bed pillows inside the back cushions (they have a zipper so that was an easy fix). If you don't do that, it will be extremely uncomfortable. I doubt this will last more than a year. ... show more

    • shape of the cushions
Color: Beige Size: U Shape+ 2 Ottomans
Assembling the sofa is a bit of a chore, but not complicated. The instructions state that the cushions will regain their proper shape after 72 hours; however, several days have passed, and it doesn't look like a new sofa.

    • Great Buy
Color: Beige Size: U Shape+ 2 Ottomans
Love the sofa, looks great. Not the best quality but worth the price. It’s a great buy for the price. It’s durable and material is great, doesn’t look cheap. The back support did come with a hole for me since the packaging was not the best.

    • absolutely do not recommend this product. You will be wasting your money.
Color: Beige Size: U Shape+ 2 Ottomans
Absolutely horrible and not worth the price. I expected it to be basic, given how low it is, but the quality was far worse than I anticipated. I’m extremely disappointed and regret purchasing it. It feels cheap, uncomfortable, and poorly made. At most, it could work in a very small space for one person who simply needs something to sit on instead of the floor. Otherwise, don’t waste your money. ... show more

    • You get what you pay for ! Cheap sofa, bad foam, thin pillows. Not comfortable!

    • No solid back support
Color: Beige Size: U Shape+ 2 Ottomans
Couch is decent size, but the back is too short for cushions.Back sits about 4 inches below the backing, which causes the cushions to droop and hang over rear support of couch.Disappointing

I received the sofa, but the cushions have not expanded or recovered their shape at all after unpacking. They remain flat, saggy, and completely wrinkled, looking nothing like the smooth, firm couch shown in the product photos on Amazon. Even after leaving it out to fluff up, it shows zero improvement. It looks completely deflated and cheap compared to the picture. I would like to request a refund or replacement ... show more
