I think the couch does exactly what it needs to do. It's not going to be the most fancy thing especially with the price point. Although I have only had this couch assembled now for 30 minutes from this review, I think it seats well enough, it's certainly spacious, and it does exactly what it needs to do. COMFORT: It's comfortable enough. It's not the fluffiest to sit on because that top cushion on the seats cushions flatten down a bit easily, but it gets the job done. KEY - MAKE SURE THAT YOU BEAT THE CUSHIONS LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT! That is the only way you'll get any fluff or softness out of the cushions. If you just take it out of the bag and put it on the couch, All the cushions are going to be extremely flat. ASSEMBLY: I am a single woman who doesn't have the best upper body strength, but was able to get this done in about two and a half hours alone. It's pretty easy assembly. Once you get going, it's kind of self-explanatory. I'm giving it a five out of five because the price point aligns with the quality that you receive. That's not to say that it's horrible quality, but it's not as though you were getting a $2,000 couch or anything. I’m pleasantly surprised at how sturdy this is and how easy it was to be put together. It’s lovely and comfortable. I was imagining a different soft/firmness with “cloud cushion “ being in it’s name, but it’s actually wonderful. It’s not “poofy” soft, it’s a mounded soft cushion. Regardless, I’m happy I bought it. I ran into one snag, in that one of the ottoman’s legs wouldn’t screw in, as the screw insert hole (imbedded in the base) is loose inside the frame. Just twirls away. I contacted customer service and they responded to my claim immediately. I expect I’ll receive a new ottoman base, as the cushion and other legs are fine. All’s well that ends well. ... show more

We bought this 3 seater couch and the 2 seater couch along with 2 ottomans. - From the back support of the couch to the floor (with feet attached is 26" high and 34" high with the cushions) I was concerned about the heighth but it is actually great! - This couch is huge lol we love it tho! It's 120" long and the cushions you sit on are more than spacious. - the back cushions definitely need time to grow, once they do, the back support is not something that dug into my back (I weigh 215) - my husband's a bit over 6' tall and he is comfortable as well Overall I'm happy with these couches and a HUGE plus: they surprised us by delivering them before Christmas 🥹 super sweet of this company.. they also made an effort on providing tracking within 24hrs and let me know how many pieces we would be getting. We got these on sale, if they had not been on sale I would not have bought them because I'm cheap. 😆 My husband literally just said he honestly didn't think they would turn out being this good! And he's picky! I would have to say we are quite pleased with these! 😀 ... show more

I was very hesitant to buy a couch on Amazon. I kept telling myself "DON'T DO IT" but, I didn't have a lot of money and I was tired of sitting in a chair. I bought this couch because it was yellow and had mostly good reviews. Shipping was fast. It did take me a good amount of time to put together. Is it comfortable? Not really. I'm 5"8 and I feel like this couch is trying to kick me off the couch! I feel like I'm being pushed forward when I sit on it. There is a gap between the back cushions like they are not big enough to cover all the space. If I push them together in the middle then that leaves open space on the sides. Either way it's not pretty. Here is the kicker though. My dog chewed the arm of the couch ripping the material off as you can see in the photo. Bad doggy chewing the couch! But my dog revealed what I would not have seen. The arms are covered with CARDBOARD! That's right cardboard that has been stapled on! I know it's not an expensive couch to most but it was to me. I never expected cardboard. Like most people I didn't want to have to take it all apart and try to squish in boxes to return. I regret buying this couch but for now I'm stuck with it. ... show more

I’m not gonna lie, I was extremely skeptical about ordering a whole couch online. I like to sit, feel it out and definitely check the height since my husband and I are tall. So height is very important to me. My apartment has very narrow wall space so getting a huge couch has been a challenge. It arrived in three boxes. Which made it Very easy to assemble. They fit perfectly and the color was exactly as pictured. To my surprise I received two ottoman’s and as pictured was only one. Now we both have one. I’m very pleased with this purchase. Our couch arrived in four separate boxes. It was missing an ottoman at first but the seller communicated immediately after we notified them and shipped it out. Is the couch low - not lower than my old couch. Is it comfy - YES. I was skeptical because buying off of Amazon and not testing it, how would you really know? I figured if it was too hard I could do like another reviewer and add a mattress topper inside but we felt that it was not necessary. Assembly of the couch was very easy.
