Crouch quality is meh, you get what you pay for right? Instructions are decent. Back cushions could stand to be thicker. All cushions armless and materials are covered in a micro sway fiber type material. You probably don’t want a bunch of people jumping up and down or kids. I could see it’s cracking. Very confusing process. They send 2 boxes. 1 is a small box and the other will be the main couch. No tracking info for the main couch box, only the small armrest box. Amazon said the product was delivered, however we had no couch in our possession, just a box with armrests. Amazon could not reach the vendor….not a good sign. We also sent an email, no response. Everything did finally arrive in split shipments. Buyer beware when ordering the couch or any furniture from this vendor. Taking the next step and escalating the complaint.

We got this couch for our playroom! Kids range from 2-13yrs. It works for us, kids love it. It's soft, and a perfect size for them. I like the Velcro feature so that the cushions/pillow aren't sliding out of place. I even enjoyed sitting while watching them play (I'm 5'7) so it's sturdy, maybe not something id watch a movie on but definitely works for the space it's in and the kiddos. Delivery was fast, the box did come damaged/open but the product seemed to be ok. Assembly was easy. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the backing doesn't align (one side is higher then the other) my hubby is going to look into it to see if it's a hardware leveling issue? Thankfully we got the added protection, if it is a defect in the product, hopefully it can be an easy repair/fix.
