It’s a great couch. Being able to wash the cushions is a huge plus. The back is not very sturdy so if you don’t put it against a wall you should know this. Otherwise, it’s great.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with my purchase of the Ravy Concept modular sofa! From start to finish, this has been a fantastic experience. First of all, the customer service was exceptional! I had a few questions after receiving the sofa..and they were so friendly, professional, and provided all the info I needed. It’s clear they care about their customers, and that made me feel really confident about my purchase. The delivery was impressively fast. I placed the order and it arrived in just a few days, well ahead of what I was expecting. Everything was packaged securely, so no damage at all to the pieces. As for assembly—I’m not exactly a DIY expert, but the instructions were crystal clear, and all the necessary tools were included. I was able to put the sofa together by myself in about 30 minutes! The modular design is really cool. We have it configured as a love seat with ottomans right now, but will probably expand to the sectional shortly. Now, the best part—the comfort! This sofa is like sitting on a cloud! I was quite surprised, given the affordable price! The cushions are super plush…but still supportive. It’s truly a perfect blend of style, comfort, and affordability. Lastly, I want to stress again how wonderful the customer service was. It’s rare to experience such excellent after-sales support these days, and it made me appreciate this brand even more. If you’re on the fence, just go for it! We love the sofa! I love how neutral the color is. The fabric is soft and cleans easily. It’s deep so it makes it easy to relax with the dogs AND the kids. The ottomans are fabulous since we can move them around instead of having them attached. Very happy with our purchase! We have bought similar couches from another source and these match or exceed the quality. Keep in mind that the cushions will continue expanding after putting everything together. The material on this couch if you can call it that is really nice. I have no complaints about the quality of the upholstery however, this is not a couch. This is some under stuffed poorly architected cushions on flimsy frames. You can’t sit on it comfortably. They took the word modular to the next level And although I did get a refund a partial refund, I feel it’s important to be honest I even tried what one of their other customers suggested and put taller feet which I spent about $90 on and although that helps somewhat I still ended up throwing the couch away All pieces, including Ottomans ... show more

First of all- ORDER 6” LEGS! I promise it will make everything better. The ones it comes with are so short you might as well be sitting on the floor. But 6” legs make it a pretty standard couch height. Second, for the price this couch is really comfortable. It’s very deep, and even when we only had 2 of the 4 seats and 2 ottomans my 3 kids, a dog, and my husband and I could cuddle comfortably. I am kinda frustrated that I bought this for almost $900 and immediately after the priced dropped almost $200?? So maybe just keep an eye on pricing. I wanted the blue but they were out of stock, so I ordered green. And as soon as I purchased it and the price dropped suddenly they had the blue in stock 😅 so again- keep an eye out. Shipping: this came in 6 different packages, and the instructions didn’t come until the very last one (the arms). At this point I already had the couch put together. Thankfully we did it correctly lol. It took about a week to fully come. Which was pretty good. They also sent plenty of hardware for the couch, which I appreciated. The fabric is really nice, and easy to clean. And the actual cushions are comfortable, but the backrest is very low. It sits mid back, and the backrest cushions specifically are firm and not very cushy. The page says it can be converted into an L to “fit any space”. Let me clarify. The ottomans can make an L. You cannot configure the seats to make an L unless you did what I did; which was push it up against the wall and be okay with not screwing them together. And since the couch is very lightweight, you will find yourself pushing and adjusting often. The couch itself and also the cushions. We made it work, and it is big enough for my entire family! 2 adults, 3 kids, 3 dogs, and 3 cats. If you’re on a budget, do it. But if you can afford a more expensive and better quality, I’d suggest that. (My cat definitely approves though, as you can see. And would likely rate this 5 stars. But he doesn’t work for his things, so I wouldn’t listen to him.) ... show more
