I couldn’t be more thrilled with my purchase of the Ravy Concept modular sofa! From start to finish, this has been a fantastic experience. First of all, the customer service was exceptional! I had a few questions after receiving the sofa..and they were so friendly, professional, and provided all the info I needed. It’s clear they care about their customers, and that made me feel really confident about my purchase. The delivery was impressively fast. I placed the order and it arrived in just a few days, well ahead of what I was expecting. Everything was packaged securely, so no damage at all to the pieces. As for assembly—I’m not exactly a DIY expert, but the instructions were crystal clear, and all the necessary tools were included. I was able to put the sofa together by myself in about 30 minutes! The modular design is really cool. We have it configured as a love seat with ottomans right now, but will probably expand to the sectional shortly. Now, the best part—the comfort! This sofa is like sitting on a cloud! I was quite surprised, given the affordable price! The cushions are super plush…but still supportive. It’s truly a perfect blend of style, comfort, and affordability. Lastly, I want to stress again how wonderful the customer service was. It’s rare to experience such excellent after-sales support these days, and it made me appreciate this brand even more. If you’re on the fence, just go for it! I love this sectional sofa, I got it in green and it was delivered just within a few days.The sofa looks great, it's sturdy and is very comfortable.The armrest box was stolen after it got delivered and I reached out to Ravy Concept and the customer service was smooth and I got the missing piece delivered in just a few days. I was very hesitant about buying furniture like this online but I am glad I did it.

I love this couch it is perfect for my apartment super comfortable and so soft. Only recommendation I have is the legs it comes with are low so I did purchase taller legs to go with it. Other than that no complaint’s!

We love the sofa! I love how neutral the color is. The fabric is soft and cleans easily. It’s deep so it makes it easy to relax with the dogs AND the kids. The ottomans are fabulous since we can move them around instead of having them attached. Very happy with our purchase! We have bought similar couches from another source and these match or exceed the quality. Keep in mind that the cushions will continue expanding after putting everything together. I also bought throw pillows to make the couch a little more cozy. Perfect for our rental.
