This couch, sold & fulfilled by THSUPER is great! We have had it for about a week now and love it. It arrived in four large boxes but that just meant it was easy to put together. It’s firm but very comfortable and feels like it will last a long time. It seems very durable. The chaise is the perfect length and we love the pull out part - perfect two people to lay down and relax while watching tv. The storage in the chaise is also great - much more capacity than I was expecting! I was able to fit several blankets in there and still have room. As seen in the photo, we have a cat, who did like to stick her claws in the fabric the first day, so watch out for that! ... show more

The company delivering was very prompt my delivery date was ranged to the end of Feb but they called me not even three days after I placed my order for delivery which was awesome. The person who delivered was helpful was able to get the boxes as close as they could do my door since I have a lot of steps. But one box was a bit beat up but nothing was damaged upon inspection. Everything went together smoothly and lined up Beautifully. There’s instructions in the box but it’s pretty self explanatory since the feet are drawn onto the bottom with white to show you where and which ones go in their spots. Just make sure You watch how the pieces slide into lock so you don’t have to keep lifting and trying to lock them in. Mine went from left to right for interlocking the pieces. But once it was done it’s probably the softest and nicest couch I’ve ever had and I have lazy boys in my house so that says a lot hah. The couch is beautiful and customer service went above and beyond when I had a problem with stitching coming undone. It must have been a fluke thing because it was only a small area. The rest of the couch has held up very well. One thing I would like to mention is that this couch is very firm. If you want something you will sink into, this isn’t the couch for you. I like that it doesn’t have separations between the seat cushions, which is why it is so firm, as I have small children and they love little toys, coins, pretty much anything that finds its way in between seat cushions. Never bought a couch or major furniture online so was pleased with the delivery time, less than 2 weeks from order and the company was very responsive in providing the tracking and updates. Shipping company was also very professional, communicated BY PHONE and called ahead of time on day of delivery. The assembly was simple and my wife was able to handle without help (ie, it's a one person assembly). Plug and play. The sleeper portion of the couch rolls out easily on my high pile carpet and is comfortable. The storage under the chaise is BIG and stores everything. 2 pillows, sheets, and 4 blankets. I never leave reviews, but this couch and the amazing customer service deserve it! The sectional is exactly as pictured—super big, stylish, and comfortable. I accidentally bought it without checking my apartment’s measurements and reached out to the seller about four days later. They responded quickly, were incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to help me find a solution. To my surprise, it arrived in just six days instead of the estimated 2–3 weeks—so fast! The seller was extremely accommodating, and in the end, we decided to keep it. I’m so glad we did because it’s super versatile! We removed the corner piece and easily reconfigured it into an L-shape, which worked perfectly.
