So far so good, the Company seems to care about their customers, also all four boxes came at once, good for me but I kinda feel bad for the delivery people as I live on the third floor. Maybe I should’ve put a delivery instruction to only do one per day but I honestly don’t know if that would help or not, I imagine it would. The build was super easy just four bolts with washers for each backing and side panels, it seems pretty sturdy as I’m a big 270 lb 6”1 guy and I can bounce up and down on it slightly I have not thrown myself on it yet although as the weight limit is 300lbs per seat I would not recommend trying that. I will update how long it lasts later on down the line. The look and size are great for my needs, we have a pretty small single bedroom apartment and our living room has two gaming desks and this couch and a small coffee table with a decent amount of room left over. We have ours in a 4x3 L configuration with the ottoman on the end of the short end of the L. It’s also fairly comfortable, not too firm, but firm enough to feel like a sturdy couch. It’s no Lazy boy couch but for the price it’s sufficient. I would say the biggest plus of this couch is the fact that it’s modular, you can configure it any way you like with the removable hooks and the backings and side panels being super easy to remove and reinstall in any configuration so depending on if you’re having an event or if someone needs to crash on your couch, it literally can be configured into a queen sized bed. Super functional. Now for the downsides. Not much here tbh, but I will say the biggest downside is having to wait approximately 48 hours for the seat cushions to expand. We left ours perched up against a wall standing on their sides and fluffed them every 6 hours or so to help them expand, I would highly recommend being patient as using them too early could shorten the lifespan of the cushions. The only other downside is the couch is that it’s a bit low to the ground so for someone my height your “manspread” will be much bigger than usual, although a small downside, it’s still comfortable and worth the money at $699.99 but we got ours on sale for $499.99 which is even better value. We’ve only had the couch for about a week so I can’t speak to its longevity but I am fairly confident based on the build quality and the fact that I used a drill to make sure the bolts are very tight, that as long as I take care of it, it should last a good amount of time. ... show more

I'm so happy with this couch! I have spent over a year looking for a sectional like this, or one that has a pop out section for when guests stay with me. Why did I finally commit to this one? I loved that it was linen, that it came with two ottomans, and that it was something I could set up in many ways. To note, I've had this for a week before writing this review. My thoughts so far? Delivery was quicker than expected, which I was excited about! It arrived all at once, in three boxes. Each box is truly about 60 pounds each, but for those that can't lift that much, it's very easy to unpack little by little. There are two sections in each box. Each was labeled with what was inside so I could unpack and place in the spots I planned them to go in. I unpacked the cushions to open the vacuum sealed bags so they had time to inflate back to life. Putting this together took less than 2 hours and was very easy to do! There were instructions in each box that included how to put every section together. It's very sturdy and I'm not worried about the legs being unstable on it as time goes on. The seat cushions are firmer, which I actually like! If you are looking for a cozy, pillow-like type of couch, you will not like this one. The back cushions are squishy, but more supportive than I expected. I could see how some of the reviews mentioned that it seems smaller than expected, but I don't find that to be the case. I was also able to change up the back pieces a little on the section that is in the corner of the couch to create an l-shaped look where the back cushion still velcroid to the back section. I do feel like I may need to get a topper of some sort for when guests stay, but only because I can see how some might find it too firm to sleep on all night. More of a just in case they want it kind of thing though. The linen fabric feels sturdy and not thin. For the height of the couch, and seats, I find it perfect. I'm just about 5'7" and sit and stand from it comfortably and easily. I'm really excited about the versatility of this piece and all the ways I can change it up. ... show more

I was hesitant on this purchase because of the mixed reviews. It's very low to the ground and the pieces are heavy (wooden frames....not boneless). If you're looking for a squishy couch to fall into keep looking! This one is really firm but surprisingly comfortable.I ordered black but the color is more dark charcoal. Super easy to put together comes with many allen wrenches (spelled wronch in the directions). It's an ok couch but I think the price, even with coupons amd discounts, was high for the quality. Ps. I love this couch and am so glad I took a chance ordering it. I let the cushions puff up for 72 hours just to be on the safe side, they’re really nice and feel great to sit on. The low profile doesn’t bother me, and it feels like a good height if you have your tv around or just above eye level. It’s easy to move around and I love that you can switch the seats and ottomans around. The cushions are nice and thick, and the back is suprisingly sturdy too (compared to other couches I had been looking at that seemed to just have thin upholstered boards on the back, this one actually is thick and feels strong. The only thing that maybe could be better would be if the cushion you sit on extended out just a little further, it does keep your posture up if you aren’t using the ottoman- but it supports your back nice regardless and you can still sink in comfortably. Overall I’d buy this again if I had to! ... show more

Affordable with quality, I didn't expect much for its price, so we were surprised that the quality is so good. The three boxes arrived at different times, with only one day between deliveries. It's quite simple to assemble, with good directions. We just finished it in about an hour and a half. The foam is really thick and fluffy. It is so stable that we can sit all four at the same time without losing stability or strength. The couch provides good support for our weight. I could not be happier with this modular sofa. I recently moved (please excuse the moving junk in my photos) into a new place with some size constraints, so I was looking for something that could have big impact, while remain flexible for my needs. This sectional was the answer. I love how I can easily arrange the modules it to fit my vision—but if I change my mind later, it's easy to reconfigure. My only advice is to triple check the measurements they provided and make sure that works for you. I saw a few reviews saying that it was shorter than expected or smaller than they expected, but the size is exactly as stated. It's perfect for my needs. My couch went into a room with sloped walls, so I appreciate the shorter height (about 18") because it doesn't make the room feel crowded. I also saw reviews mentioning the firmness of the cushions. While they are firm, they are VERY comfortable. I feel very supported and still very cozy. They feel firm because they are well constructed with both foam and springs, so I know the cushions won't prematurely deflate. The construction feels solid. It's a great design and easy to put together. It feels very sturdy and I know it will last for a while. I also love the fabric—comfortable, but resilient. I'd say it's a 3.5 star couch it's comfy but not deep i took pillo off when I set down , it's a great couch how it pocks together is wonderful an the many positions it can be in is amazing, I do not like how it holds dirt it's very hard to get stuff off , other wise it's a wonderful couch
