I’ve had this couch for almost a week now and I am so so impressed. I get super nervous ordering furniture online because the return process is almost impossible, but this couch has exceeded my expectations. It came a few days earlier than quoted which was a very pleasant surprise. It is so so comfy, and it’s very light weight which makes moving it very easy. I was able to put the whole thing together by myself and it was very simple. I absolutely love that I can customize not only the layout, but the arm rest pieces. This worked perfectly for adding it to my current couch. My daughter and I took the best nap on it today. It is so comfy and offers a ton of space. I also love the fact this couch isn’t “boneless” which makes it feel very sturdy. The connector pieces worked nicely as well. The pieces come with soft buffers already on the legs so it doesn’t scratch up the floor either, which was a really nice touch. Also, the seller reached out almost immediately to explain how many boxes to expect and the fact they may come in multiple deliveries. I'm so happy with this couch! I have spent over a year looking for a sectional like this, or one that has a pop out section for when guests stay with me. Why did I finally commit to this one? I loved that it was linen, that it came with two ottomans, and that it was something I could set up in many ways. To note, I've had this for a week before writing this review. My thoughts so far? Delivery was quicker than expected, which I was excited about! It arrived all at once, in three boxes. Each box is truly about 60 pounds each, but for those that can't lift that much, it's very easy to unpack little by little. There are two sections in each box. Each was labeled with what was inside so I could unpack and place in the spots I planned them to go in. I unpacked the cushions to open the vacuum sealed bags so they had time to inflate back to life. Putting this together took less than 2 hours and was very easy to do! There were instructions in each box that included how to put every section together. It's very sturdy and I'm not worried about the legs being unstable on it as time goes on. The seat cushions are firmer, which I actually like! If you are looking for a cozy, pillow-like type of couch, you will not like this one. The back cushions are squishy, but more supportive than I expected. I could see how some of the reviews mentioned that it seems smaller than expected, but I don't find that to be the case. I was also able to change up the back pieces a little on the section that is in the corner of the couch to create an l-shaped look where the back cushion still velcroid to the back section. I do feel like I may need to get a topper of some sort for when guests stay, but only because I can see how some might find it too firm to sleep on all night. More of a just in case they want it kind of thing though. The linen fabric feels sturdy and not thin. For the height of the couch, and seats, I find it perfect. I'm just about 5'7" and sit and stand from it comfortably and easily. I'm really excited about the versatility of this piece and all the ways I can change it up. ... show more

I purchased the 6-seater in black, and overall I’m very happy with it. It looks exactly as pictured and gives my living room a modern, high-end look. One of my favorite features is that the sections can be rearranged, so I can easily switch up the layout whenever I want. While it’s not quite as plush as I expected, it’s still very cozy and comfortable for everyday lounging, watching movies, or spending time with family. I also love that it’s low enough for my toddler to climb on and off safely by herself, which has been a huge plus. Assembly was straightforward, and once everything was put together, it completely transformed my living room. The fabric looks great, the color is rich, and it feels sturdy. The cushions are already sagging after 4 days. Left them unferl for 48 hours but they don't re-expand well after sitting on them. Not enough back cushions to cover all the pieces when set up with the corner piece. It's easy to put together, compact, light weight so moves around a lot if not against a wall or on a carpet. The back will not hold up well since it's screwed on with only 4 bolts. Material is fairly thin. Not confidant how long it will last 🤔 ... show more

So far so good, the Company seems to care about their customers, also all four boxes came at once, good for me but I kinda feel bad for the delivery people as I live on the third floor. Maybe I should’ve put a delivery instruction to only do one per day but I honestly don’t know if that would help or not, I imagine it would. The build was super easy just four bolts with washers for each backing and side panels, it seems pretty sturdy as I’m a big 270 lb 6”1 guy and I can bounce up and down on it slightly I have not thrown myself on it yet although as the weight limit is 300lbs per seat I would not recommend trying that. I will update how long it lasts later on down the line. The look and size are great for my needs, we have a pretty small single bedroom apartment and our living room has two gaming desks and this couch and a small coffee table with a decent amount of room left over. We have ours in a 4x3 L configuration with the ottoman on the end of the short end of the L. It’s also fairly comfortable, not too firm, but firm enough to feel like a sturdy couch. It’s no Lazy boy couch but for the price it’s sufficient. I would say the biggest plus of this couch is the fact that it’s modular, you can configure it any way you like with the removable hooks and the backings and side panels being super easy to remove and reinstall in any configuration so depending on if you’re having an event or if someone needs to crash on your couch, it literally can be configured into a queen sized bed. Super functional. Now for the downsides. Not much here tbh, but I will say the biggest downside is having to wait approximately 48 hours for the seat cushions to expand. We left ours perched up against a wall standing on their sides and fluffed them every 6 hours or so to help them expand, I would highly recommend being patient as using them too early could shorten the lifespan of the cushions. The only other downside is the couch is that it’s a bit low to the ground so for someone my height your “manspread” will be much bigger than usual, although a small downside, it’s still comfortable and worth the money at $699.99 but we got ours on sale for $499.99 which is even better value. We’ve only had the couch for about a week so I can’t speak to its longevity but I am fairly confident based on the build quality and the fact that I used a drill to make sure the bolts are very tight, that as long as I take care of it, it should last a good amount of time. ... show more

Wanted to wait a few weeks to leave a review. We absolutely love this sectional. I have a small living room and my old couch took up so much space. It arrived in 3 boxes. Unboxing was easy. Our Fed Ex driver was absolutely amazing delivering these on two separate days in the 99 degree heat to my front door! Set up took me two days as I waited for the cushions to fully fluff up I bought separate rubber stopper for the bottom of the legs because I don't have carpet. It's so comfy and easy to get out of after laying down. My husband is 6'2 and has no trouble. The directions seem a little wonky but look at the pictures its easy! I know it won't hold up like my old Flex steel but hopeful it lasts a few years. Definitely a space saver for us and pieces can be moved around for sleeping or a single chair if needed! Seems durable and love the blue color as it matches my room, support seems good for now. ... show more

I really like this couch and the different ways it can be assembled. Was easy to put together. Came in three different boxes, two in each box. I like the dark grey color. I let the seats expand overnight before sitting on them to make sure they were fluffy. Cons The legs are about 6in long. It makes the couch look short but I found some 8in legs on amazon for $50. I put a picture of height difference against my old couch. Its not a huge con. We're not very tall so it works perfectly but still might want to buy 8in. I would definitely buy again and I recommend anyone to get it. ... show more
