Between the delivery team and the actual couch itself I have to give an outstanding review. The couch is comfortable, the recline is a little stiff but I suspect that's because it's brand new. It arrived in great shape, and the delivery team took great care with it.

I purchased this couch and the same recliner, the set is perfect in our entertainment room! The couch was easy to move with two people and assembly was quick and simple. The end product is a very comfortable couch, the reclining options only add to the comfort! The cascading cushions provide the perfect amount of support for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. There is not a lot of extra room needed to allow for reclining, so in a limited space it is the perfect option! Last but not least, we chose grey and the color is spot on to work with any decor, we haven't really solidified our decorations, but I think it will work with anything we go with! I would've absolutely given this a five stars, because overall it's beautiful, the fabric is soft, it seems to be fairly sturdy, but there are a couple of problems. The only complaint I have, is the foot rest do not stay up in the first position. Unless you are completely reclined back, they fall to the floor with just putting your feet on them. I am not a very big person, neither is my husband. and both of us have the same problem. ... show more

If you're tight on money and just want "a" couch, this will do the job. The delivery team was nice and brought it up to my 3rd story apartment free of charge. If I had someone who could help me I would consider buying a nicer couch on the marketplace but it's also nice not worrying about the things a used couch can come with. With the price considered it's a great couch, I'd give it around a 5/10 for couches overall. If you're tall, I wouldn't recommend this couch as my feet practically hang off when reclining and I'm 5'9. ... show more

Got in September… at first it looks nice and then within five months figured out it’s made out of cheap materials. The foot broke right away and you can see the black metal is so thin. Very disappointed. Tried contacting Ashley no one responds to email and no live person when you call either. Don’t waste your money on this one. ... show more

I'm glad I bought this couch for what I need however you get what you pay for. Quality is less than a $500 price point. Comfort is fine on the back rest and cushions. For the arm rest and foot rest, you can feel the wood pieces. Like many other reviews, the back will not stay reclined when you move at all. And it was delivered damaged. (One of the back wood slats was broken.) The delivery guy assured me that it was not broken in route by him however there's really no way to know. The customer service for this was really great though. I called them immediately not wanting to accept a damaged product however they let me know they were currently out of stock and they could either take it back or they would give me $120 refund. I chose to accept the refund hoping I could repair the wood slat myself for much cheaper than buying a new $1,000 couch which I'm not ready for at this time.
