I love this chair! I love everything about it! First and foremost, it was so easy to put together. I am almost 60 years old (and a female) and I put it together by myself in less than 20 minutes! You do not need two people to put this together. I love that it came with white gloves to keep your white chair clean as he put it together. I love how thick the phone is for the seat and for the back support. My husband sat in the chair and he weighs 250 pounds and said well, the arms support, the arms can go up or down, the back support and the cushion to sit on was terrific! I will be buying this chair again for my mother and my sister. If you’re looking for a Very supportive and comfortable chair and this one is for you. I work at home and sit at my desk easily 10 to 12 hours a day. I know good chairs and I know bad chairs for the office. This chair is incredible and comfortable.     • Seat Height IS NOT as advertised...
This chair is very comfortable and supportive so far and overall would recommend it (but due to the COVID-19 work from home all the time - I'm upgrading from a bar stool - so I might not be the best person to ask; anything would be an massive improvement at this point). However, if your looking for a full time office chair that would be counter top/bar height - this is not the right one for you, unless you purchase a separate gas lift cylinder for the full stool height. The advertised (from the measurement pictures) top of the seat height of this chair after doing a bit of math with the gas lift cylinder fully extended SHOULD HAVE been 31-ish inches from the floor - THIS IS NOT TRUE. The seat height from the floor to the top of the seat is roughly 20-21" with the gas lift cylinder fully extended....very frustrating - so I've had to order a full stool height gas cylinder to get the needed height for the most recent home office investment. Vendor contacted me via email on 6/9/2021 with the following information: "We are really sorry that you are not satisfied with from our store on Amazon. We have already changed to another manufacturer to ensure the better quality and service according to your review...." So apparently the quality control issue has been addressed.... ... show more

    • Very Decent!
Very decent, solid chair. Easy to assemble and able to be used for long periods of time. Stable - not wobbly. Can sit high for tall people. Came nicely packed with protective coverings and little gloves to prevent getting oil on the white surface. Very nice touch, indeed. I am happy with the choice.

    • Arm rests on the chair have almost no cushioning on them.
This chair is comfortable when you first get it. After a few months of use the arm rests flattened and now I am asking for a replacement.

    • I used this chair for three weeks and the shock is failing.
I weigh 180 LBS and the height of the chair keeps dropping. The shock failed already.

    • Does not hold up
We were happy with this chair for about a year, however after about the 14 month mark, the armrests began to warp and crack. This is very disappointing considering the price paid and that the chair is just beyond any warranty or return period.

I've had the chair for a month and it seems to be holding up fairly well. Arrived 2 weeks late although the seller did apologize and kept me informed via e-mail on a regular basis. I'll update this again in another 60 days with more information on how it's holding up with regular use.
