My husband loves the chair. It has lots of fun features, like cupholders, a tray, storage compartments, lights, etc. The chair is big and comfy and very soft, just what he wanted. But CEVA Logistics, the company Amazon hired to deliver it, ignored the instructions that it was to be left on our front porch. They just dumped the huge carton in our driveway and drove off. They didn't text us or call us about what time the truck was coming, either, even though they had our number. My husband had to drag the carton into our garage so that our homeowners' association wouldn't give us grief. There is no way to get anything that large into our house from the garage, because the washer/dryer room is the first room you come to, and it's a tight squeeze. We complained to Amazon and finally worked our way up to a very smart customer service rep who kept trying to contact CEVA with no luck and finally got permission to reimburse us when we had to hire a local moving company to put the chair on our front porch so that we could get it into the house through the front door. The whole back and forth thing with the Amazon rep took 5 days, but we got reimbursed as promised, and the chair is excellent. It was quite an adventure. ... show more

I spend a lot of time on this chair, as I use it in my man cave (gaming, tv, school work). It has become a computer chair in a sense. Anyways, it came in two pieces, the main part and the back. The back slides in and clicks when set. The lights are only blue, with the usb port in the middle of the control panel. It comes with only one table (connects in the silver portion) and the company appears to not sell them individually. The chair is comfortable, but does not fully recline back to a point where you could lay completely down. The leather really is good quality. I read another review that stated the cushions feel like throw pillows, and I have to agree. While its still very comfortable, one thing I realized is that if fully reclined, the head cushion will move up and expose a bar... but this is only sometimes, and it can be remedied by "fluffing" the head rest. ... show more

Positive: • The CEVA Delivery was excellent, on-time, friendly, delivered to my door, and took the pallet with them. • Well packaged to prevent damage in transport. • Easy to assemble. • Love the adjustable headrest, brown chocolate leather, USB charging, cupholders, easy to use control panel, storage compartment, removable table, and overall comfort. Concerns: • Customer Service after the sale: Manufacturer did not answer their customer service 1-800 number when I called to work out delivery details. Sent an email through Amazon and Amazon forwarded my email. Seacrest responded directly to me by email that I had to go through Amazon for any delivery details since I purchased from Amazon and not directly through them, Contacted Amazon and had to get a supervisor to confirm shipping details. This runaround – Not Okay. Concern if I have problems with the chair in the future. Make sure you get the extended insurance plan. • Comfort: o The chair is too short for a 6’2” person, feet dangle over edge. o Difficult to open storage compartments while sitting in the chair. o The lower lumbar area is not adjustable. • Returned/Used Item: Ordered two NEW chairs: One had power supply in its original packaging, but the other was connected to the chair. Was that chair returned, a floor model, or? • Accessories: You have to order accessories such as Phone/Tablet holder from a different supplier. Product is absolutely great (but at a higher price). The only real problem was with the delivery–not the delivery person-he was really nice and helpful. I originally was given the option of where to make the delivery. I chose the front door but the driver decided not to take a chance driving up our 400 foot driveway. He parked about 30 feet from the road and I drove my garden tractor with a 5 or 6 foot long bed trailer and he loaded the recliners onto it. He then followed me up the driveway and help me unload the recliners. So far I am really satisfied with the quality of the material and workmanship. ... show more

All the features listed are great. It's easily the most expensive chair I ever own but on the the other hand is easily the most comfortable and featured packed one as well. I'm disabled so I spend most days gaming in a chair. The adjustable head is something I didn't know I needed in life. It beats putting a pillow behind the head by margins. My neck and shoulders feel amazingly supported. The only thing I wish I could change on the chair would be the foot rest to be a little longer and go a tad higher, then it would be perfect. Nevertheless, all the positives far out weigh this aspect. One thing that concerns me is most chairs in this class have 10 yr some life time warranties. I found no such warranty information anywhere. Also, one review caught she had a chair with a broken back after less then a year and claims the company won't respond or fix the issue. In fact, this point alone made me look past this chair. However, they offered me payments so it was my only option. I hope this chair stands the test of time. A $1,400 chair should last at least 10 years. If this chair breaks in a year or two, bet I'll be letting everyone know. The fact the chair is made out of wood no matter if it's reinforced or not further makes me concerned. Aside from these concerns I'd rate the chair at a 9.5, minus .5 for the foot rest not being high or quite long enough. I'd recommend this chair only if you can swallow the no apparent warranty pill. ... show more
