I wanted a tempurpedic filler for my lab’s dog bed. The bed was expensive but the pillow has room for improvement. I was able to cut the tempurpedic material easily to fit inside my dog’s bed and then cover that with the original pillow. I’m not sure about the reviews mentioning damage.. the pad not inflating fully.. etc etc. Do not listen to them! Seriously.. this is a good buy. Im not sure how much pain relief I really could’ve gotten given my current medical situation.. but I will tell you it is like night and day. I really have zero complaints. It hasn’t deteriorated at all since I bought it and have been using it. My partner and I are over 100+ Lb. Weight difference and this creates ZERO issues. The topper is very comfortable and breathable, but it does not stay put. I’m not sure it’s my mattress or a combination of the two, but the topper tends to slide inch by inch over to one side or the other. I have a mattress pad over it under a fitted sheet, same that I used with my old topper. It would be nice if the topper was able to be zipped into a cover.
