I did a lot of research before finally settling on this Sealy hybrid bed and it was worth the time! We love it! This is our first memory foam bed, so it does take a week to get used to it, as it feels very different from a traditional spring mattress. I am a hot sleeper, so I was worried about sinking down into the foam, but this one is firm, without being hard. The cushion is perfect (not too firm, not too soft) and I don't get super hot at night. It set up quickly and perfectly. We purchased this mattress and it was delivered earlier than expected. Followed the instructions to a tee. This mattress was already expanding once we removed the plastic and by the end of the day, it was ready to sleep on. It's comfortable and molds to your body whichever way you sleep. Normally these type of mattresses are over $1,000 at an average mattress of furniture store. We only paid under $600 for a 12" king. Great quality and comfort for the price. The mattress gets 5 Stars! I just replaced my 8" Sealy memory foam that I bought in 2005. That's way too long but it remained great until the very last. So I went with this 10" upgraded version and couldn't be happier. I expect it to give me many years of great sleep. **BUT** Amazon's offer to deliver and "take your old mattress" is an F'ing joke. They said if there are ANY stains on the old mattress then they can't haul it away. Is your old mattress 100% perfectly clean?? Prepare to dispose of that sucker yourself because Amazon is not going to take it. That's why it loses a star. Buy this mattress though! ... show more

So, this is by far one of the most comfortable mattresses for the price. The reviews seem to be more for the 10inch, and somehow are linked with the 12inch, which are SIGNIFICANTLY different. It is indeed Medium firm, that happy medium for a 6'3 250lbs guy like myself. It also hold my 5'4 120lbs wife just fine. It is NOT hot with the memory foam and the springs DONT stick out into the foam. This is the best mattress on the market for this price. I bought the 12inch hybrid King and it sleeps so well. I get a very good night sleep every night, something that I haven't had in years! No arm falling asleep or indentions in the mattress, Medium firm like it says. My boyfriend originally bought this mattress on a whim when moving into a new apartment. We love it so much that I bought it 8 months later when moving into a new apartment. Literally have never slept better on a mattress. It’s definitely firmer than you think you want to sleep on, but it ends up being more than you could have ever dreamed. Absolutely worth the cost. Has been holding strong for my 210lb boyfriend since September 2023. Is delivered in a box, about 85 lbs. Couldn’t be easier to unwrap and unroll. Major perk is that you don’t have to wait for it to expand like memory foam mattresses. I’m trying to check the box for “Support” here, but i’m not really sure what else to say. It’s great. 2 years later with rotations and topper. A year into owning we noticed a strong hip dip. Bed sinks at hip so badly we need to fill it with a towel to fill the gap. Because no matter what we did the springs split and won't open up and even out again. Went to Sealy to for use their manufacturing warranty and they denied it. I ordered the 10 inch queen mattress for a spare bedroom. Be forewarned it is very heavy and you will need help if you need to move it up any stairs. The reviews don't mention that it off-gasses, but it does - a lot! I had it in a bedroom with two open windows and it was off-gassing a week later. It still has a smell if you put your nose right up to it. The mattress itself is very plush and soft; if you like a mattress that's on the firm side this is not for you. Since it's in a spare bedroom that get only occasional use it's not a big deal. I imagine it would be a pain to return since you'd have to figure out how to deflate it again, so make sure you prefer softer mattresses before you order this. ... show more
