I didn’t like that it was not in a package. They put the shipping label on the ziplock bag and sent it out. If someone wanted to take it, they certainly could. The dress is a pretty dark teal color, almost green. I bought this for an awards gala and it’s perfect. Very lightweight and breathable. I ordered the L plus and I’m a 36DDD with just enough room. I’m typically a 10 in regular women’s dresses and 12 in a slimmer fit. It hides the mommy pouch that just won’t go away. If you are more shapely, the dress will be more fitted below the waist. I’m not curvy and have plenty of room. Full body shapewear won’t fit under this with the comfortably for me because of my chest size but it’s still pretty stretchy. ... show more

Bought this dress last minute for a fall wedding. Quality is decent. Straps do feel slightly flimsy, hard to zip up on your own, but overall a great buy for the price. I would say that the top portion runs a bit small. I purchased a Large Plus because the regular large was not available in this color. Bust fit perfectly with a strapless bra, bottom portion mainly the waist was too big for me, a lot of extra fabric in the back of waist and hips area. I stepped out of my comfort zone in purchasing this dress, but I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. The dress is beautiful the material is nice not too thin and the ruched design was so perfect covered my tummy well. I ordered an OXL(5'4"/165lbs) and the top was a little big for me but I made it work adjusting the straps. The only issue that I had was that I ordered the chocolate brown but it looked more like the Apricot Pink New. The color was still beautiful and I would definitely order again. ... show more

    • This is your silk slip on a budget, with a huge zipper caveat.

For $40ish, this dress is lovely. It's very clearly not silk (a little too shiny, a little too scratchy), but it's not over-the-top cheap-looking. (Plus, if you're buying this for $40, you already know that it's not real silk.) The folds wrap really flatteringly around the stomach; normally I'm self-conscious in slip dresses. BUT THE ZIPPER. I'm so annoyed about it. This dress is the right length, really flattering, a good price -- but this zipper is straight up trash. It's terrible quality. It snags on nothing, and it requires a scary amount of yanking to loosen it every time. If you manage to get yourself zipped up into the dress, you'll never be able to take it off again without scissors. Such a beautiful dress. I got lots of compliments on this, and the cut and shaping of the dress is VERY flattering. Emphasizes the curves you want and disguises the tummy! The fabric is a lot thinner than if this were an expensive dress and feels SLIGHTLY cheap, but is nicer than I would expect for the price, and you can’t tell looking at it. Same with the fact that there are a few loose threads and the stitching isn’t great—that’s what I would expect for the price.
