These are high diving shoes for foot and ankle protection with semi-rigid anti-slip sole. Made from 5mm neoprene, boots protect the foot from low temperatures and help keep the annoying cold cramps away giving great comfort. These dive boots are easy to pull on and off thanks to the easy-to-grip side zipper. Hook-and-loop closure on the side of the boot ensures your boot remains closed while diving. PU insert provides excellent instep support. Rigid rubber notch on the heel holds the strap of the diving fins securely. This is a great boot. I think the sizing runs slightly large, so I went smaller so I wouldn’t have water sloshing around on the boot when in the ocean. I had fast delivery on both boots, and the return on the slightly larger one was easy. Highly recommend.

I am overall satisfied with these boots. I use them with my waders for cold water trips. My feet stay warm in long exposure to 40 degree water. I did have some sand in the zipper that affected my ability to zip/unzip but it was fairly easy to rinse it out. I wouldn't say the tread is the best for very slippery situations - not as good as wading boots, for sure. I took off one star for the sand/zipper issue. ... show more
