when I first was trying on the gloves I thought they were going to be useless. I have very small hands and slender fingers, so I always need a XS size (which these are that size). They were just a little snug getting on but I decided after that this snugness was a good thing. They immediately formed to my hands giving me perfect control with my whole hand. I do wish that you could operate your cell while wearing these. That's my only criticism. I actually got these to wear during my winter sports...Shoveling Snow :) I just know these are going to be perfect in every way. Warmth, control, not wet, and stylish (I like the way they look). I can't use them for awhile thank goodness but I already know I would recommend these.

Based on the product dimensions and my prior experience with this type of neoprene gloves, I assumed that I was going to need the XXL size. Unfortunately, they ended up being a little too big so I have a little bit of extra room at the fingertips but I can live with it--however, you may consider the XL if you typically wear XXL in gloves. I really like the fact that the wrist strap has a double velcro closure to keep it secure and stop it from opening. I also like the texture fabric on the palm side of the gloves--it allows you to grip wet and potentially slippery items and surfaces and also adds durability to stop the gloves from tearing. In summary, I think these are great neoprene gloves that can be used for a number of water-related activities like diving, fishing, boat repair, etc.

I ordered this product based on a previous purchase of neoprene gloves from this manufacturer. I also recently ordered the neoprene socks from them with the same color and pattern. I really like Xuker's products. They are well-made and perfect for my kayaking adventures. While I'm in the kayak I like to wear the gloves to prevent blisters going long distances. These gloves fit well, tighten at the wrist and dry really fast. They also keep the chill off my hands when the temps dip. The pattern and color are different for me. I usually just go with black, but I really like this. I recommend getting wet suit detergent to clean these gloves (and any neoprene articles of clothing). It helps keep the funk/mold smell down and keeps the material nice and soft. Great product from Xuker.

This medium was a tiny bit big, but will work great! The material is really nice neoprene, and the bright color will help me to find them when packed or in a drawer. The palm has good grip on surfaces with any kind of texture, but none on really smooth surfaces, like granite, glass, etc., It did have a little grip on our metal front porch railing, which has a bit of texture to it. As the ad mentions, these are not waterproof, but they only let a little water in through the seams. Neoprene (I am a scuba diver) does help retain body heat even in very cold water. I actually got these for an Alaskan fishing trip coming up - we will be surf fishing, and the ocean water will be COLD. They should also offer some protection against hand injuries from fish fins, stingers, teeth, etc. I'm quite pleased with these.
