I have had this screen tent for a little under two weeks and it has already become the center of my backyard evenings. First impression was the setup. I unrolled it after work, followed the quick guide, and had the frame standing in about five minutes without any tools. The fiberglass poles snap into place with a satisfying click and the whole structure feels steady once the stakes and ropes are in. The interior is roomy enough for my round patio table and six folding chairs with plenty of elbow room left. The fine mesh walls really do let the breeze in while keeping mosquitoes out, and the zippered panels are a welcome touch when someone shows up late and needs to slip inside quickly. I also appreciate the removable floor. On clear nights I leave it out so the grass stays fresh, and during a picnic I snapped it back in to keep crumbs off the lawn. The roof sheds late afternoon sun well, though it is not waterproof. A light drizzle beaded up and started to seep after ten minutes, so I would not rely on it in real rain. That is the only reason I did not give it a perfect score. Otherwise the tent feels solid and looks sharp in blue. At ten pounds it is light enough to move around the yard or pack for a weekend at the lake. In thirteen days it has hosted game night, a quiet morning coffee, and one kid’s science project free from bugs. For a fast pitching shade and screen room, it delivers.
