  • Chevy small plug to standard radio plug, well made

  • works great! in analog, not digital in my experience
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
update: i have an hd radio which receives digital signal and i used this adapter to make the defrost antenna compatible in adding signal power with my actual antenna. however i realized that connecting the defrost antenna gives more static and destabilized my hd signal than without. apparently shorted out defrost grid is common and can cause static. I have a rear window defroster/antenna in my 93.5 toyota supra. the output from the antenna is smaller than the stereo input. This adapter made that connection possible. Simple plug and plug and play and that is it. ... show more

  • This is listed for GM applications but this is also what you need for Toyota diversity antennas
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
This is the adapter you need for the smaller antenna plug on 1990s and 2000s Toyotas. I cannot confirm if this will work on cars newer than 2006, but I got the idea for using this from the Toyota OffRoad Truck & SUV forums (4Runners, Tacoma, Tundra, LX/GX groups). They use this adapter so they can use both of their antennas. With this plug, you can add the second smaller antenna to any aftermarket radio using a standard Motorola sized antenna splitter (Y-cable). ... show more

This adapter was exactly what I needed, it didn’t bunch up behind the stereo after installation and didn’t interfere with the reception of the radio.

Used to mount a Continental VDO into a Land Rover Discovery 2. Used this and a Y cable to route both antennas into the single port of the Continental.
