Style: Class II Complete Kit
I’m impressed, the body lines fit nicely in my 2006 Chevy Impala. I appreciate how many different pieces there are to fit so many different models and aftermarket radios with such a great price. The only like I have to say is that it wasn’t quite plug in play with the wire harness. The connectors match and fit just fine with the wire harness, but when I turned the key to turn on the radio, it didn't turn on. I checked my power and ground wires, which were good. And then I forgot that these things must have a switched power wire, basically a little relay to allow battery power to the radio. I found out that the Solid Red 12v Switched Power wire that comes built in the harness, didn’t plug into anything on the factory connector. The red switch wire pin went into an empty slot in the factory connector. So if you have a problem with the radio not coming on, check all your connections in detail. All I had to do was cut the red wire next to the connector to have enough length, and find a different a factory wire that gives volts only when the key is turned to ignition. Cut the factory wire, strip both ends, crimp on one end, and crimp the other end of that factory wire, AND the red switched power wire on the other end of the crimp. I also noticed that the harness doesn't have an orange and white dimmer wire, but its not required so it still worked just fine after that. Very convenient that it comes with some red and blue crimps and some eye hole crimps for ground bolts. Also comes with some extra red wire. Everything trim piece is plastic, but its not like cars don’t already have plastic anywhere so thats fine, its sturdy, looks great. I installed my radio before my after market speakers and it definitely helped the factory speakers sound a lot better so this harness has good connections, nothing loose for me.

I flip cars and usually do a radio upgrade to those that do not have a car play radio already installed. These kits are good. Be sure to buy the chime module/steering wheel control interface for the late 10’s and teens GM products

Says it has the wiring harness. There was no wires at all. Missing screws as well. Who knows what else because we couldn’t even attempt to install it without wires. False advertising for sure. Sucked because that was a birthday gift for my husband that sucked ass!

Color on the AC controls are a little lighter than the Scosche frame, but it's not horrible. Kit comes with everything, except the note for the red wire....Ugh There is no 12V+ switched power going to the headunit on many Chevy models, so you have to use the red wire included > red wire on the headunit > going to 12V+ switched or Accessory. Also didn't need to connect the orange(illumination) or blue. My Dad didn't care about steering wheel controls or On Star, otherwise you'd need to do a couple other steps here. Antenna adapter fit perfect. It was nice finding all that I needed in one package.

This dash kit fit the dash in a 2004 Chevy Malibu but the wiring harness didn't work and the kit didn't properly fit my radio. The wires and pins inside the harness didn't line up with the correct wires in the dash. So on the harness I had to take every single pin and wire out one by one and put them in their right correct spots. Also this dash kit doesn't work with a single din radio that doesn't have an detachable trim around the front of the radio. My radio has the trim piece made on it so I had to alter the front of the dash kit by cutting out some of the plastic on the front of the dash kit. Other than that it's made of thick and good quality plastic that should be durable and hold up fairly well. After the alterations I'm pleased with the dash kit but I could only give it 3 stars as the harness should've matched perfectly.
