I'm about 6'1" and on the heavier side, and I've been trying to find a lightweight mobility scooter that actually fits me. Most of the ones I tried before just felt too small and uncomfortable. My old scooter was also heavy and a pain to move around. This one is a big upgrade. It folds up super quickly, and once it's folded, I can just roll it like a suitcase, which makes getting out so much easier. The seat is nice and wide, really comfortable, and the footrest has plenty of room too, so I don't feel cramped even after sitting for a while. I was honestly surprised by how solid it feels. The automatic speed reduction when turning is a really nice safety feature, and the cruise control works great as well. Overall, it's way better than I expected. If you're taller and on the heavier side like me and want something lightweight but still comfortable, this one's definitely worth checking out.

I bought this Scoot N Go Voyager scooter for my wife just before going on a cruise. It arrived earlier than I expected and the seller made sure to communicate with me during the entire delivery process. The Voyager folds up and unfolds very easily. The battery is easily removable, and this makes the Voyager very airline friendly. I have never wanted a 3-wheel scooter because they seem like they would be less stable than a 4-wheel one. While the 4-wheelers don't turn as quickly, they do seem to be more stable. The Voyager is both stable and one of the lightest folding scooters on the market. I considered a Pride model, but the Voyager looks much nicer, folds up smaller, is lighter, and is less expensive. Using the Voyager was very easy. The controls are simple and straight forward. The electronic control console is very informative. The Voyager comes with settings for 4 specific speed settings, and it talks to you when you press certain buttons. When you are in speeds 2-4 and make a turn, the Voyager will slow down to avoid tipping over. There is even an option for turning on a backup alarm. The Voyager comes with 2 NFC chips that act like keys to access the scooter. This is great security so that someone can't just drive it away. You can also bypass the NFC chip by entering a 4-digit code that you can set or change at your leisure. It also comes with front and rear lights and the rear lights also act as a brake light. Finally, a small nylon bag is included that mounts on the handlebars and the tiller. It can be easily removed, but also acts as a protective bumper for the control console when folding and storing the Voyager. Since the space under the seat is flat, you can easily store a package or something under the seat. You might want to secure it with some bungie cords to keep it from moving. The only issues I have found after using the Voyager on our 7-day cruise were that the lowest speed could still be lower than it is, and the Velcro strips that help hold the battery in place can be easily peeled off by removing or inserting the battery. They might want to lower speed 1 a little and come up with a better way to secure the battery. Other than that, this is a great little scooter. Since we have not been able to use it for an extended amount of time in one use, I can't comment on how comfortable the seat cushion is. But if you find it to be too thin, you can easily add a gel seat pad to it. It would also be nice if it had some way to hang a backpack off the back of it. I would definitely recommend the Scoot N Go Voyager to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable scooter.

So far this Voyager has been a Godsend! I, a 71 yo female bought this as a birthday present for myself. I went to a huge country flea market last weekend. It worked like a charm. I was able to navigate the entire market 3 times. I haven’t been able to walk the whole place in years due to my hip. I rode around comfortably and drove as fast or slow as needed. Another thing due to its compactness in could maneuver even within the tents to see things further away. The main reason for getting the scooter was so that I can continue going on cruises and excursions, those port piers are way too long. I am looking forward to the many ways this scooter can open opportunities for my travels in retirement (without the pain). And yes, I am the one that gets it in and out of my CRV.

I bought this for my husband (5'11") and also I help another lady with transportation to her doctor appointments and she is only 5'3" and both are comfortable to ride on it. It has been raining so much that I have only been able to test it out one time outdoors, but it was very easy to fold up and put in my SUV. This seems like the perfect solution to what I was looking for. It is very zippy and we have it on the lowest speed as we are getting used to it. I have been shopping for a folding scooter for a long time, and then when SCOOTNGO upgraded to the "Voyager" model, it had everything that I was looking for, a nice high backrest, with armrests, easy fold up, lightweight and easy to pick up and load on my own, and easy to use. We haven't used the cruise control yet, so I can't comment on that feature, but it seems to be a plus. So far it is great, and I am looking forward to being able to go places with my husband again that he has been avoiding due to his inability to walk long distances. I purchased the strap and the cover additionally, and I am happy with those additions. I think the strap should be mandatory as it will keep the unit secure as you are picking it up to stow it in your car. The day I tested it, I had not received the strap, and it took a bit to figure out where to pick it up to keep it from coming unfolded as I was putting it in my trunk. I eventually figured it out, but the strap would have really helped. Also, customer service was good, as I had to contact them about the missing items, and they were very responsive. It took a few more days to receive everything, as some items shipped from China, but I have received everything now and actually received everything sooner than the initial estimate. So far, I'm very happy!

I got this scooter for my dad before a family trip, and he was excited to try it as soon as it arrived. The seat is really comfortable, and he's got plenty of room for his feet. We took it out for a few hours and he stayed comfortable the whole time. It folds up quickly and rolls like a suitcase, which is super convenient for traveling. I really like how it automatically slows down when you turn, that's a nice safety touch. We also love the cruise control for longer rides. The best part is just seeing my dad actually enjoy the trip without getting tired or having to struggle to keep up. It's lightweight, comfortable, easy to fold, and easy to take anywhere. I'm pretty sure it's going to make all our future trips a lot easier.

As a retired nurse with mobility issues, I have been shopping for a mobility scooter for some time and the ones I had ordered did not save me for various reasons the seat not being comfortable, not able to go onto surfaces that I needed to so I ordered the voyager and initially was disappointed because it was going to be delivered after the venue I wanted to attend showcasing my newfound freedom with the Voyager of mobility scooter. I was thrilled that it came sooner than the 22nd.. today I took it to where they were Celtic games. I was a little concerned initially about the terrain with thick grass gravel, and in some places there was tile about an inch thick to go up onto. I gingerly sat out on my quest to establish my newfound freedom as I got more bold and attempted other terrain to take the scooter on. I was surprised at how smooth the transition was if I went to low high or high low.. I came across a lady that she like me relies on a cane and also the difficulty using the cane and the risk of falling not to mention fatigue. She was curious about the Voyager scooter and go, and I told her I also told her to look at them on Amazon. I’m in closing some video and this was taken with only the first gear. That’s what amaze me all of this terrain was on the first year. ! I am thrilled thank you
