We bought this scooter for my 5 year old daughter for her birthday. She like everything about, however 2 weeks after using it we had some electrical issue. Contact the seller, they were fast in reply and ready to help. They shipped new charger for free, that didn't solve an issue and than I sent that scooter for free replacement. Where company went up and beyond is with supporting their product. We received scooter two weeks prior to her birthday, so two weeks after using it was out of warranty, however we still got treated as we would had one. New scooter works great! ... show more
