Ordered this for my son’s birthday. We opened it. He got ready to put it together and #5 hardware piece is missing! Not sure who to contact but I am frustrated. Update: scooter comes with bag of parts. The missing #5 is actually not in the bag with the other parts but comes on the scooter. I still returned this item as we ordered another one so he could have a working scooter for his birthday. Replacement scooter was the same brand and different colors. Works amazing and feels like it will hold up to his riding. Would purchase this scooter again now knowing how to put it together. ... show more
