Tried many ill-fitting/leaky replacements for an Everbilt (Home Depot) 10x10 canopy tent with the one-click press-up mechanism at the apex of the tent. This fits perfectly, maybe better than the original. Much thicker and substantial than the original. Caveat: The velcro strips that hold the corners around the support legs are two sewn on strips of soft loop on either side of the leg, but no hook strap to connect them. You will need some hook side velcro to wrap around the leg poles. This is a 118"x118" cover, for residential canopies, not commercial 10x10's. The description shows the dimensions as 10' (120") but it would not fit an actual 120" frame. It is nice and snug on a 118" frame.

This is not a 10x10 replacement. It even says 8x8 on the package and says it covers 64 sq ft. If it were genuinely 10x10 it would offer 100 sq ft of coverage. Very disappointed in this fraud.

I couldn't find a replacement Coleman canopy for my 10x10 sun shelter EZ up. The frame is in great condition and very heavy duty. This canopy fit PERFECTLY! Almost better than the original, actually. I really needed it for rain protection more than anything and while I haven't tried it in a downpour yet, it seems to be much thicker and sturdier than the original one which served us for many years. So far so good!

Pros: Fit tight and looks good on my 2010 era Coleman 10x10. Love the reflective inside for great lighting at night. Great for the price. Not filling the landfill with an unusable frame (Coleman no longer offers a replacement for this frame and when they did it was twice the price I paid for this replacement.) Cons: It does leak at the seams as others said. Not everywhere, but in at least 3 spots. We've only had heavy fog on it, so I would not trust it at all in the rain! The leaks may be because it's so tight on the frame it ripped off some of the seam seal. A home repair might fix this and make it suitable for rain. I'll try an wader repair gel and update this review.

We needed a replacement top for our canopy which was faded, repaired in spots, and losing its UV protection. This SCOCANOPY replacement top fit our frame perfectly. Plus, it seems to better quality, more durable and cost less than a replacement top from the original company (Crown Shades). Highly recommend!
