Tried many ill-fitting/leaky replacements for an Everbilt (Home Depot) 10x10 canopy tent with the one-click press-up mechanism at the apex of the tent. This fits perfectly, maybe better than the original. Much thicker and substantial than the original. Caveat: The velcro strips that hold the corners around the support legs are two sewn on strips of soft loop on either side of the leg, but no hook strap to connect them. You will need some hook side velcro to wrap around the leg poles. This is a 118"x118" cover, for residential canopies, not commercial 10x10's. The description shows the dimensions as 10' (120") but it would not fit an actual 120" frame. It is nice and snug on a 118" frame. ... show more

This canopy replaced the original on our easy up and is made of much better material than the original that ripped. We also like the vent in the roof since we use this at the beach under windy conditions. Highly satisfied and at a reasonable price.

This fits our Golden Bear canopy frame even better than the original: The Scocanopy is fitted with greater care, has thicker material, and better placed velcro strips. The velcro fasteners have reinforcement fabric panels sown to the canopy top, better destributing forces for longer wear. The vent at the top is key- it helps to relieve uplift wind forces, reducing strain on the frame; it no longer tries to "walk" in light winds. Definitely a good purchase! The top the Golden Bear came with was tissue thin, quickly wore under the sun's UV rays, had no vent, and tore into shreds after a few months. Scocanopy is good! ... show more

I'll admit it's a nice cover, thick and sturdy, would probably hold up in a storm. Didn't fit the Ozark Trail canopy. I suspect 10x10 isn't exactly right for cover dimensions on the stand part and thus it's far too big to really work. It's a shame...I'd have wanted it to fit but this is truly 10x10 up top and doesn't conform to a traditional canopy that slopes closer to an 8x8. I'd order one from this manufacturer if they made an 8x8 though ... show more

This SCOCANOPY Replacement Top with Air Vent for 10x10 Canopy Frame, Canopy Cover ONLY, (Red) is really nice for the cost (I paid $65). It actually fits more snugly on my frame than the original top did. The Velcro straps are longer than necessary, which helped in getting and maintaining proper positioning. The quality justified going ahead and buying a couple of the side curtains with zippers. Very satisfied. Bought this because my original canopy was gray and I needed a white. This is about halfway between gray and actual white, it's very obvious when my sidewalls (which are white) are up on the tent. I left feedback for the seller on this and they never messaged me back, so expect poor communication if the product isn't what you were expecting. ... show more

The fabric is thick and sturdy. I love that it has the reflective side to aid in shade. even tho it is not exactly white. However as you can see it does not quite fit the EZTop canopy frame. It does fit but its not long enough to have the perfect fit. Almost like the original. Before I removed the old top I wanted to compare the difference. The corners show that the fabric/size is not as long at the corners as the original EZ top canopy. The second photo shows the velcro fasteners are not inline with the frame. So that would be difficult to secure. The only way this would work if you are in a pinch, and use the outer corner loops to use as a tie down to your weighted bags at the bottom. I am keeping the canopy b/c I think I could make it work in the future. And the fabric is that thick. But it will take some prep at home before I use my tent again.
