Great replacement gazebo
Color: Beige Ripstop
I received this replacement canopy for my Lowe's Allen + Roth 10x12 gazebo, and I'm very happy with it. The beige color looks great and blends perfectly with my patio setup. Installation was much easier than I expected, and the canopy fit my gazebo frame securely without any major adjustments. The ripstop fabric feels much stronger than the original canopy and seems well-made with reinforced stitching throughout. It provides excellent shade during the day and has held up well against sun, wind, and light rain so far. The vented top also helps with airflow, which makes sitting under the gazebo much more comfortable on hot afternoons. Products in this category often advertise UV protection and ripstop construction, and this replacement top appears to deliver on those features. Overall, this was a great way to refresh my gazebo without having to replace the entire structure. If your Allen + Roth 10x12 gazebo needs a new canopy, this replacement top is a cost-effective solution that looks great and feels durable. I would definitely purchase it again.

TIGHT fit!
Color: Light Beige Ripstop
This was tight. You have to really pull to get everything to stretch over the last few mounting points. The last point is still not attached because it is too tight. For the money, it is worth keeping and cutting that last point a little shorter to make this work. Really, the original was always a struggle as well, so maybe the frame was always just a little bit too big.

Excellent quality for the price.
Color: Khaki
Bought Allen & Roth gazebo 7 years ago. Remarkably, despite the northeast winters the frame has held up all this time. Replaced the canopy three times, which was expected. Bought a SCANOPY Khaki Ripstop canopy for a fourth replacement this year. Fit perfectly and the quality was visibly the best of the previous three canopies. Even came with a nifty plastic handled hook to help pull the canopy over the end the roof supports. Just withstood 60 mph thunderstorm winds without problem. Highly recommended.

Perfect fit.
Color: Beige Ripstop
Bought this for my Lowe’s Allen and Roth 10 x 12 gazebo that is about 10 years old. Over that time we have bought several replacement covers. This one is by far the best of all of them. The material appears to be quality rip stop nylon and the nylon is much, much thicker than all previous replacements. This is the first one out of all of them that when I went to put on, it fit perfectly. No hard stretching or pulling to get it on, but it fits tightly and looks like the original. Highly recommend.

Loose fitting without adjustments.
Bought this awhile back on sale. Finally installed today after winter. It is quite a few inches too large. The entire canopy is loose and will surely blow off first windstorm. I had to use ties on the corners to pinch the fabric in just to get a tighter fit to alleviate that issue(hopefully). It looks nice and was a good price so hopefully we can get some time out of it.

Yassssss for now
Color: Light Beige Ripstop
I live in Louisiana so.... Hurricane and humidity play a huge part in the longevity of fabric top gazebos! I bought my original Allen and Roth Gazebo from Lowe's about seven years ago. I think I've had to replace the cover two times. To be honest, that's not bad at all considering the rough weather we encounter. I replaced the cover after hurricane Laura ripped it to shreds! We recently had a rough storm that wrecked the replacement similarly. The other replacements I bought previously were at least $125-$150. When I saw this Ripstock option at 25% less, I decided to go for it. I went for a slightly lighter color for the lack of heat absorption, and I've always heard that Ripstock is a more durable fabric. I made sure to double check the model of my original gazebo.... Don't be mad if you buy something that isn't compatible with the original! With that being said, my husband and I installed this replacement within 20 minutes.... And most of that time is because he's 6 feet tall and I'm a foot shorter.... So I'm not necessarily the best of help, even with a three tier step stool. Two people installing makes it a quick job, and two tall people would likely make it an even faster process. I will update after the summer season, but so far, it fits extremely well and the beige color attracts less sunlight than the original dark brown cover. The material seems sturdy and the design is spot on in regards to fitting our gazebo! Overall, amazing value and quality. I will update next summer if that changes (hurricane season excluded)

Doesn't fit the Allen Roth brand from Lowes
Color: Khaki
I purchased this item and it doesn't fit the Allen Roth canopy from Lowes. Every time it rains it accumulates water and sags the lining. Each corner where the pocket is supposed to hold the bar to keep it tight is too long and causes it to fly up and down.
