    • Works well, but had to file lower mounting point and it is louder than the OEM Alternator.
Style: 11573 Alternator
The alternator was a match to the Honda OEM alternator being replaced. The only problem I had with the replacement was the lower mounting point was about 4 millimeters to wide. I had to file down both sides of the replacement lower mounting point to install the alternator. Additionally, the replacement alternator had a louder high pitch whine than the OEM alternator. After the install of the new alternator everything is functioning as normal with the exception of the increased sound the new alternator makes. ... show more

Worked great at first then problems started. High pitched noise on and off. Voltage was 14.2 when installed and now is 12.2 or less. Cannot keep up if lites or air is on. Only used for a few weeks

got this for a 2013 corolla. even though it does fit, the top bolt is in a slightly different position (2 o'clock instead of 1). you will have issues tightening the belt because of it. Had to swap the front housing on the old one to get it properly tightened. Item does not come with decoupler pulley. ... show more
