This bike is tall! If you're not familiar with bike sizing just be aware that a 6' tall person will be barely tall enough to clear the top tube. Took about 30 mins to set up, materials look and feel cheap but seem sturdy enough for casual riding. The gear ratio is a bit lower than I'd prefer but that makes it very easy to peddle, just not super fast. I didn't have to adjust the brakes at all, nor did I have a problem with the quality of the brake pads as many of the reviews on here mention. I had a little difficulty getting the front wheel installed: one of the dropouts on the fork seemed like it had been slightly twisted or pinched, maybe damaged in transit so it took a lot of effort before it snapped, not slid, into place. It works fine and isn't out of alignment so minor setback. I've only taken it for one ride so far, had zero performance issues. ... show more

The pictures in the manual are impossible to see because they are in black and white on gray pages. After wasting 30 minutes unboxing everything and screwing in the stubborn seat, i noticed parts were missing. Immediately returning this item.

I wrote an initial review back in May but wanted to update it to highlight just how great this bike is. I have been riding this bad boy on 20 mile rides and it has helped with my overall strength because it is single speed. I’ve had this bike a month and only ride it a mile to and from work. The left peddle has already stripped from the crank arm and will cost a lot to replace. I like the bike but this is a huge issue for me.

I live in boston so I get maybe 5 months of good biking weather. I bought this bike to commute to work which is a 3 mile ride that is flat. When I received the bike, I was missing parts. I got possibly 4 months of bike actual bike use and within it I experienced a tire pop, the chain popping off, and then following this my chain breaking and now my handlebars shaking while riding, which I already tightened everything. I went to a bike repair shop and they pointed out that my tires need to be rebuit because there is no tension to hold the riders weight (explaining why my tire popped) and the chain was extremely poor quality. Not only this but I was surprised when they said that the headset needed to be redone because it wasnt made correctly, which is why I was experiencing shaking when riding. Overall, this bike is garbage. There are much better bikes you can buy for the 200-300 range. Do not buy this bike, It is extremely dangerous for the rider. ... show more
