Color : Teal Style : 18 inch Bought it for my 6 years old daughter. The assembly was very minimal and it took 25 - 30 mins to assemble the entire bike with minimal tools. The IKEA toolbox is sufficient to assemble the entire thing. Compared to other bikes it's very comfortable for her to ride. The teal color looks absolutely beautiful. Now about the customer service, while assembling I noticed the back reflector was broken, never bothered to return just for a reflector bought couple of them from Amazon which doesn't fit (the diameter size was matching), the diameter was either too small or little big and not fitting. After returning both finally called Schwinn support mentioned in product support from Amazon order details. The call took a while to connect but once I was able to talk to then and mentioned the model number they sent the reflectors within next 3 days. So I believe they'll support and stand behind their product. Like the fact that it comes with a side stand and both the hand brakes. It is priced on little higher side but it is sturdily built, stable, assembly is very easy, very comfortable to ride and looks absolutely amazing. We got this one for our granddaughter's fifth birthday and it was a hit. It was super easy to assemble and the design and sturdiness of the bike was excellent. Schwinn has always been a good name for bikes so I felt this was a good choice for her first two wheeler. She had an easy time riding and loved it. In fact, it was such a hit that we bought a second one for her sister who will be turning 3 this month. She's tall for her age and loved riding her sister's bike. She chose a different color and is really happy with it. Only downside is the lack of a kick stand which we will need once the training wheels come off. It would be nice to have a matching stand rather than the chrome color that can be purchased separately. The basket is also a bit flimsy and could break after several falls once the training wheels come off and the bike hits the ground. These are all minor inconveniences as the overall quality of the bike seems really good. It's only our first month so we'll have to see how the two bikes hold up after this summer. ... show more

Love the bike, just what I wanted. The package was open when it was delivered though, like all the way open...a bike part could have easily fallen out. It wasn't the carriers fault either. This wasn't taped shut but rather glued and the glue only covered a small area and obviously didn't stick. Wish they would tape it instead of the adhesive. ... show more

The bicycle itself is great, easy assembly with minimal tools required just make sure you have metric Allen keys and wrenches. That being said do not no matter what you do buy from a seller calling themselves “Sams Club Store Distributer” they sent me a bike that had been used and returned in a box with no packing or wrapping to protect it, it was a complete piece of garbage when it arrived. Thanks to the Amazon customer service dept it was refunded and a new one was received in two days but not from the seller I mentioned, Amazon made good on their commitments to quality and adjusted the price difference. The seller responded to my review of them with lies about how it was lost in transit and that they refunded me, uh no. Then they went on to say I should remove my review as it would hurt their business, again no they hurt their own business the review stays and now is doubled up. After some research they have nothing to do with the actual Sam’s Club. ... show more

Overall, I was pleased with the bike. I am a bike rider with lots of experience assembling bikes and also very good at putting things together. I did find a couple of small discrepancies in the instructions but nothing that kept me from putting it together. The bottom of the box was open but there are no loose parts so everything I needed was there. These bikes are assembled in the factory and disassembled before they are shipped. All nuts and bolts are left in place so there is no difficulty matching up parts. I did have one minor plastic part that was cracked but Schwiln took care of that quickly. I am hoping that my Granddaughter enjoys the bike and gets lots of use out of it. ... show more
