This thing slices through crust like a hot knife through butter. I've cut thin crust, thick crust, deep dish, even a suspiciously flatbread-like "pizza" I attempted once. We accidentally threw our pizza cutter way in a pizza box and needed a new one. This one seems a little small, it’s reasonably sharp for cutting pizza, easy to use and clean, but it just seems a little cheap, blade wobbles a little bit. I guess you get what you pay for sometimes.
