This dark green skirt is high quality , flows nicely, is true to size. It was a perfect match for the green leaves in the background of the waist cincher. It is the same hue and tone of the double breasted vest, but different fabric. I purchased 2 skirts, 3 blouses, a corset, waist cincher, and a double breasted vest, with the idea they are the foundation pieces to a full costuming wardrobe. I can mix and match, the skirts can be worn together as well as separately. The blouses and overgarmets allow a variety of styles! My ideas: Garden witch (dark pointy hat, wand, dark boots), fairy matron (flower crown, basket, pointy ears, wings), steampunk (goggles, medals, gears, top hat, stashbook, gloves), renaissance (basket, stash belt, parasol), pirate (handfan weapon, short sword, boots, wonky hat, booty belt equipped with liers dice and mug), hedgewitch (pocketed cape equipped with tarot deck and runes, staff, snap poppers)

I love this skirt, it’s light enough fabric wise, so it feels good on hot days. Also, the fabric isn’t see through, so that’s a bonus. It’s comfortable in the waist. It’s a little long for me, but I’m not very tall, 5’ 2”. With some mid height heels, it works fine. I prefer longer skirts as it is. It flows beautifully and I wouldn’t mind getting another in a different color!

This is a pretty skirt that has a decent quality fabric, but is done in layering due to the sheer, lightweightness of it and its intended style. The material feels good on the skin and provides good temperature regulation. I did order a larger size and it fits as my regular size so I think it possibly runs a little small. That being said, it's just the waist size to really be concerned about. In this case I would say the measurement of your waist itself matters most when choosing a size to purchase instead of picking your usual size. The color is a nice muted plum that's good for various seasons and in winter could actually be worn over fleece tights or leggings for added warmth. I do like the skirt even with as long as it is on my 5'2" height.
