Great scanner right out of the box. When they said plug and play I thought surely there must be more to it and that it is never as easy as they say it is. I must say I was impressed to see that you literally only need to plug in the scanner and it just works. This is our 4th Bluetooth scanner. The first 3 we purchased from different brands all had issues staying connected especially after tablet or scanner would turn off as well as when the range was too big and it lost connectivity. You would need to manually remove connection and connect again. With this thing, you don't need to do anything. As soon as it is back in range or the scanner turns back on it just connect without needing to do anything. We got it for Code 128 barcodes and Code 39 barcodes and works flawlessly!

Fast, reliable and really well priced It was quick to setup and configure to work with our POS. We also use it on a different device via Bluetooth for our inventory management. A significant improvement to our old scanner due to wireless + bluetooth functions

We've had many barcode scanners over the years and we don't usually leave reviews, but the quality on this really surprised us considering the price. The box itself is great and the scanner feels like an high end gadget. Sturdy and has a good grip. Took about 10 seconds for it to automatically connect to my laptop with the dongle. It scans well and didn't give any errors so far. Only thing i would have liked is to get a stand with it as well. Not a deal breaker but would have been good. Overall would buy again This thing can also scan straight from my laptop screen which is impressive to say the least. Didn't know it is possible

I've had this scanner for 18 months and it has worked perfectly, I had it set for automatic enter on excel files, I had to remove the Add Enter, but all the barcodes I had to remove it didn't work. I reached out to the Scan Avenger Support team and after a few different tries with different codes made by their senior engineers, I was able to remove the Add Enter! I can't believe that after 18 months they would continue to give this level of support. Will definitely continue to buy from Scan Avenger whenever i need new barcode scanners.

Scanner looks and feels high end. I had to contact customer support for some advanced techniques, and their customer support was fantastic. They responded to my question within minutes and had a great understand over this project. The smart stand is significantly better than a simple stand, specifically since you don't need to plug a cable into the scanner to charge. You simply need to place the scanner onto the stand and it starts charging, which makes it quick and easy for everyone to use. I've been looking for something like this for a long time, and I'm glad I got this one! Smart idea, smart company, smart product. Highly recommended!

I have purchased this item and was very happy to use it for the first month. Very useful with a stand and everything. (Purchased 05/05 and on 06/16 stopped working.) All of a sudden, one day, it just stopped working. It looks like not connected to a computer even though it is the same computer and the same device. I tried to return for a replacement, and they told us that 30 days policy is expired attempted to reach the seller and received the same response from amazon. So, if you buy this, you may expect the item to stop working in the middle of your job. And if you are lucky enough, it will be before 30 days of your purchase that you may be eligible to return. Otherwise, you may end up disappointed as we did.

Got it a day early and got right into putting it through its paces. I'm a software developer so not a typical user. I put the scanner into SPP mode and then debugged with my application. The SPP Bluetooth mode works great. Was able to add a prefix that represents the symbology that was scanned e.g. UPC_E. I am in complete control of how the scan is processed. Their support is also great. Needed some help with the prefix. It wasn't in the regular manual, so they sent me the extended manual. Had other questions and they were answered quickly and answered my question.
