    • The ink that comes with the printer sucks
The printer is pretty cool itself, even the software very simple to use if your familiar with any other photo shop app... The only reason I gave this a 3 star was because the ink that came with the printer sucks! It was very dull couldn't even print a vibrant image. I tried several different types of sublimation paper and there was no difference in results. The ink to this printer is very costly $55to $77 per color so if your looking to save on a sublimation printer I'd say reconsider. Overall the printer itself is good.     • I did not know that it was going to be shipped from the UK!!!!!
I waited three weeks for this item to come, when i finally got it, i realized that it came with power cords that can only be used in Europe!!!!! Common sense, I live in the United States, one would think that they would include power cords that can be used in the United States. I had to get a power cord that was compatible with it. It was very hard to install and the program that comes with it is not user friendly. I really wish i could send it back but, i do not want to have to pay to ship it back to the UK. This purchase was not worth the money and/or the wait..... ... show more

    • Altogether is too pricey
Takes way to long to print. Siser ink is dull and the ink is very expensive. For all for ink cartridges runs 300+. All the hassle isn’t worth it!
