I really like both of these sets! The gel consistency is light-medium. Comparable to IBD. I swatched all the colors. Some are more sheer than others. Pics are from 2 different sets that I purchased. I really like both. The only complaint is that the jars are very shallow. I don’t know that you’d get a full set of long nails out of one color. I would say these are to be used in conjunction with other sets. These are more for pops of color or maybe a marbled look or color blocking or fun frenchies. The bottom of the jar is halfway through the entire jar. The only other complaint is the shades with the sparkles need to be mixed. Some of the glitter is stuck at the bottom and won’t mix but they are still very pretty. Still it’s really nice to have a variety of colors in builder gels that are inexpensive and good quality. The colors are really pretty. This set has a nice array of nudes and pinks. The other set is super pretty and the colors are fun. I would definitely recommend for people to buy this set! Great value. It also comes with paper forms that I personally don’t care for because they’re super flimsy and brushes which are nice but every one I’ve used so far has broken. The ferule fell off. I prefer brushes with covers for Gel products but hey it’s fine for free brushes. Again, can’t beat the value! ... show more

These are hard to use, especially on yourself. If you lift your hand for any reason the gel slides toward the cuticle or towards the tip-depending on which way your hand tilts. They are too sheer as well and the gel peeled off within a few days. That said, it could be me, I may just suck at this I don’t know. I gave a 5 over all because it’s very clear more so than IBD to me in my opinion and it’s easy to work with. I gave a 3 for beginners because if you are expecting to extend your length with it it’s best to use full tip or sculp. Love the variety. Very easy to use and really fun getting to design my own nails. The pots of the gel are small tho and don’t have very much gel about enough to do one set of nails each pot. Pretty good tho and the nails last a while and file easily. So far no yellowing. I’m still a beginner but they’re really nice and easy to use. I’ve gotten to practice with them on a few people including myself and I prefer this way more than acrylic. I love that there’s no smell monomer gives me such a headache and this is so much better. ... show more
