Great home gym, it has everything you need to get a good workout. Definitely a great investment and saves time on going to the gym and waiting for machines to open to get your workout in. The assembly took about 2 hours by myself it really helps if you have a power drill and sockets although the system does comes with basic assembly tools. I’ve been having it for 3 months at this point and it sure beats driving to the gym after work or before. The only improvement I would like would be better grip handles on the pull-up bar and on the lat pull down attachment, the grips turn when ever you put some real weight on them and it sort of messes with your grip other than that the gym is legit great price and good quality. I have been using this rack for several weeks and have found it to suit my needs for moderate lifting. In a nutshell, it meets my requirements at a better price than most of the racks here. While it isn't the cheapest, the reason I went with this particular unit was that it had the thickest plates holding the rack steady and the cable system looked really useful. Excellent for face pulls and tricep work. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Stable compared to other units (I mounted mine to a piece of plywood to enhance the stability). I can run and jump on the pull up bar without tipping the unit. - Good price on sale - Cables are very smooth to operate. They adjust well once you get them dialed in - Hardware seems good quality, grade 8.8 stainless steel - Lots of attachments to use - Has a small weight tree included - Landmine attachment is awesome to use - Great customer service, very responsive Cons: - I had to drill holes into the base in order to mount it to the floor. The manufacturer does not pre-drill any holes. The band attachments are not safe to use unless you mount this to the floor - The shock absorbers on the cable system sometime get stuck to the frame and drop down causing a loud "BAM". This is easily fixed with a dab of glue on the underside of each shock absorber - The instructions or parts were mislabeled causing me to have to take it apart and then rebuild it once I recognized the error. When assembling the bottom frame, make sure your pulleys match the picture - Some of the pieces rubbed during shipping - Pull up bar is not very high for the American market Overall, despite these cons, I'm happy with my purchase and would totally re-order. When I noticed some of my pieces were damaged in shipping, the manufacturer was responsive and took care of me. I love using the cables and I like how sturdy the frame is for my amount of lifting. My advice is, if you are power lifting, on the heavier side or taller side, or don't include a lot of cable workouts in your training, you could probably look elsewhere. But if you are doing light-moderate lifting, use cables, and like the versatility of a two in one rack, this is a great buy. I wish the frames were a standard size like 2x2 or 3x3 (It is metric 50mmx70mm) so that other attachments or j-hooks could fit, but at this price point, I'm happy with this purchase. ... show more

This is a great power rack for the price. I got it on sale, and feel it is worth the regular asking price as well. It is very well built, sturdy, and supports all the exercises I was looking to do. I got the version with the bench. My only gripe was the installation manual. It is very short, and it is hard to tell from the blurry/shoddy pictures which way certain parts go together. For example, I installed the pillars backward so that the cabling wasn't running the way it should, so I spent an extra 20 minutes disassembling and reassembling because I couldn't make this distinction from the pictures in the manual. I discovered installation videos on YouTube, which is the only reason I discovered my mistake with the pillar alignment. I took off a star because they really need more clear pictures in their installation manual. Otherwise, this is a badass power rack and looks great in my home gym. I highly recommend this unit at this price range. ... show more
